The inernet was not available initially. When got connected was too slow to function. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Had to keep my insulin injection at the reception refrigerator. The manager regretted the inconvenience. The stay was far from pleasant.

Hotel is very good for the price. It’s a old property , but very comfortable. Good rooms , comfortable beds , courteous staff , good amenities , good WiFi. Nothing to complain about. Location os not bad either. Right next to a wine shop and malls near by. I wound definitely stay again.

There are few things i liked here. But the overwhelming awful smell of sewage in the room was unbearable. Staff was prompt to use air fresher which helped only for a couple of minutes. Before the smell returned. Other than that everything else met my expectations.

Nice hotel close to Sector 29 and all the offices which one would like to visit, distance to the Metro is quiet recommended.
Also shopping malls are close by to the location and hence one could opt for this hotel as an option!
One also needs to consider higher floors as they give good view.

Stay was very good. Service is quick and courteous. Food is delicious. Area is quiet and calm. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.
Commuting is very convenient as it is 2 minutes from Global Business Park Metro Station. This hotel is very convenient if you have business meetings in Cyber City or Udyog Vihar area.
Internet wifi needs improvement. The speed is very slow and disconnection quite frequent.
Overall, recommended for business travelers. Value for money!

Wifi was not excellent. Took long time for food to come when ordered. Bed was not that comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is located in the heart of Gurgaon business district. Rooms are good sized with all basic amenities that you would need for business travel. The highlight is the restaurant that serves quality food that one has come to expect of ITC hotels. It is not common to find such food quality for this hotel range.
Areas of improvement would be the car service. Poor driver grooming, didn't know the Gurgaon area even milestone office buildings. It will also be nice to have an electric iron in the room. The swimming pool certainly needs to be maintained in case a guest fancies using it, which I did not.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Although outside was about 5C, the temperature inside was perfect, unlike some other hotels in New Delhi. Perfect location right by the metro. Very nice spread in the breakfast buffet. Very good food also for lunch and dinner. The only complaint was the somewhat pricey cab ride to the train station. But overall, a very pleasant stay.

This was the first Fortune in Gurgaon - impeccably maintained, large clean comfortable rooms & a very friendly staff.
It is steps to the new Metro (you can't hear the train at all in the rooms) so very easy to get to the malls in Gurgaon or into Delhi proper.
Ask for a room at the end of the corridor if you don't want to hear the elevator noise or people walking by
