Informed of $125 pet fee at check-in. Marquee sign at entrance says “pet friendly”, but that is not friendly.
Majority of towels in room had marks, tears, and holes.

Waived the usual pet fee because of hurricane Helene. Let me check in with my dog at 10:30 am. Desk staff was very helpful and the hotel is in an area with many dining options. Will definitely stay there again.

The newly renovated Residence Inn was fantastic. The rooms were roomy, clean & comfortable. We like the kitchen (refrigerator, stove top, dishwasher, sink & all the utensils). The bed was very comfortable. Within walking distance is shopping, movie theater and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

No issues at property , apparently the rooms had an uplift from our last stay there , which is nicer . Breakfast was just average , need more variety . The shower curtains were placed to high so water kept coming out when we showered . Need to lower the curtain bar. Other than that , good stay

Very impressed. It was exactly what we needed and wanted. Well layout when traveling with a teenager. Super nice kitchen, if you plan to cook.

From the moment we entered the lobby and seen how Marco was friendly and kind, I knew it was going to be a great experience. Very clean rooms, and friendly staff.

The room was very clean on arrival, but room was not cleaned during the entire stay. The guest service next was attentive when called.
The room ac unit was very loud and had to keep temperature very low to keep cool. The end rooms noisy.

Hotel was very clean and well-kept. Rooms were clean and bright. Location was very convenient to Miramar Beach and tons of shops and restaurants, especially within walking distance. We will definitely be staying here again.

Really liked the desk workers. The breakfast’s were great. The carpet near the elevators was very dirty. Most of 2 days the elevators floors were dirty. The maids didn’t clean our floor until asked. They forgot to empty our trash as well. Other than that we liked the hotel. In 319 the AC fan had a loud metal clanging noise every time it cycled on. But everything else was nice- loved the floor plan layout.

Enjoyed the fact the property is pet-friendly, but barely any yard space for your pet. Small stretch on the backside, and it isn't really convenient when your room is on the opposite end (can only access from one side).
The room was nicely updated, but for a beach destination maybe adding in a spot to hang wet beach towels would be helpful. There is a small hook on the back of the bathroom door and that's it.
Lastly, the breakfast was less than desirable. Possibly one of the most unappealing we've experienced in our travels.

We enjoy staying at the Residence Inn when we are visiting Miramar Beach and are glad to see they are currently renovating the entire hotel.

Property was being renovated, which is fine, except that we were placed in a room next to their outdoor work area and under a room they were working on. Also, due to renovations, breakfast was poor. In the past it has been very good. I love this property from past visits, just wish we would have been notified that the renovations were ongoing and that the quality of stay would suffer.

I was a little concerned because it is under renovation, so is a little noisy. But, management was excepcional on customer service. Definitely they care more about customer satisfaction than the money itself.

So much hammer noise in the room above my room! So uncomfortable. I was going to stay longer and the consequences noise was so bad i decided not to. The apple juice in the improvised breakfast room is gross.
