It was clean but the bed needed to be updated as it sagged horribly in the middle. If anything a piece of plywood could be put under it

It is located very convenient next to the West Entrance of the Yellowstone NP. Therefore the rate is highly overpriced. Needs some remodeling and updates, otherwise I had 2 quiet nights, no disturbing neighbors. It's directly in West Yellowstone, therefore bars and restaurants are all in walking distance.

We were only looking for place to sleep and this place did check the boxes for that. The you man checking us in spent more time pushing his hair from his face than he did speaking to us. Definitely not very professional.
We were in the bottom floor and heard every footstep above us and they were just walking. If you have a large vehicle, parking is very difficult in the parking lot. The room was basic and clean. They do still use old fashioned bed spreads.

This was a very basic motel but surprisingly clean and comfortable. I was really impressed with how clean it was and the beds were great. The WiFi worked very well and checkin only took a minute or two. It was a decent value and I would stay there again.

No soap/body wash available until we asked for it. Need more available outlets or USB ports. One outlet broken/unattached to wall. Beds were comfortable but too high to get in easily.

It’s nothing in the lobby! No coffee. No hot water. Inside the room, there’s no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee machine! You could not find staff members night & early morning. Because office was open 7:30am!

Exhaust fan in bathroom was incredibly loud. Light was attached to the fan so we had no choice but to turn it on. Air conditioning unit very loud.

The front desk person was not accommodating. The room was not clean and there was no lighting on the bed stands.

A/C-heater was broken and smoked and made very loud noise when tried turning on. Sketchy area as not much street lighting at night and appears no road rules for drivers at night. Noisy street sweeper??? driving up and down street at night.

Quiet place and room was sort of comfortable. Paying what we paid shows Yellowstone is a tourist destination. Bed extremely comfortable but was hard to find with the main sign not lit.

It is an older property. It met our needs. I would stay again.

Housekeeping did not leave enough wash cloths, the body wash by the sink was empty, in the shower there were 2 shampoos and no body wash. I told them at the front desk and they just said don’t worry about it housekeeping will take care of everything. They didn’t even make note of it to tell housekeeping.

I liked the proximity of the surrounding business. I did not like that there is no staff 24/7. Sometimes guests need help during late night hours such as loosing door keys and needing a replacement.

Worst room I have ever stayed in by far the toilet didn’t work the yv didn’t work and there isn’t a pool as advertised. Customer service is horrible and the room was dirty and stinky. Ugh not to mention the crappy parking.

The hair dryer didn't work and they had no loaner. Only some units had a fridge and microwave and the freezer compartment barely fit some ice cream. The air conditioner was noisy. There was shampoo but no conditioner.

We stayed 3 nights, perfect for just crashing for the night, front desk staff was wonderful, housekeeping staff very nice and friendly. Room was clean but you can tell updates are needed, but nothing that would stop us from coming back next time we go to Yellowstone.

Very hard, uncomfortable beds. No amenities like lamps, fridge, in-room coffee. VERY tight parking. We got a bed, and a bathroom. That is it.

Shower head was too short, didn’t operate properly. Only one outlet near the desk with some ancient adapter that any device that plugged in just fell out. The pillows were so soft 3=1. The corner sheet on the small bed kept coming off. The water was never very hot. Ever.

A bit of an older, quaint property in West Yellowstone at the end of "the strip". The room keys are actually keys!! Our room was gigantic though and clean, if a bit musty smelling. You can tell they try to do the best they can with what they have though. If you're looking for the ice machine it's on the lower level on the right hand side, accessible right from the parking lot. If we're ever back in Yellowstone, we might consider staying here again.

Location was good, restaurants and shopping close by. Pricey for what you get. No coffee maker or microwave, not even hand soap. Office wasn't open for coffee when we left at 6:40. There was a bus waiting for people, no coffee for them either.

Liked its location. Michael at the front desk was helpful and informative. Room was clean, but when I started a bath, there was a significant amount of hair still in the tub. Didn’t seem clean!

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Yellowstone. We got there and parked then were able to walk to anything we wanted. Such a cute town and everyone was very friendly! The rooms maybe needed a little upgrading. Our door frame was broken but overall amazing stay.
