Fantastic place to stay, excellent service

Lovely hotel, with great facilities, food and bar was excellent. Some good restaurants a short walk along the promenade and many more gear restaurants around the old town only a short Uber ride away

Really beautiful hotel. Just there is an old abandoned building site next to it and your view might be to that direction.

Amazing hotel, great pool and easy access to a superb beach. Free shuttle into the town when needed which was nice in the evenings!

Great property, amazing staff, incredible food!

The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa is such an incredible place to stay if you’re visiting Split. The rooms are big and comfortable, the view from the dining area is breathtaking and the staff are very friendly and helpful! We’re definitely going back!

This was an amazing resort with two pools and easy access to the beach. The included breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and clean. Highly recommend

People are friendly and easy to access to old town Split

All was fantastistic, except the food at dinnertime. We had breakfast which was great! Then 1 time we stayed to have dinner. Not good. My chicken, 58 euro !! Was the worst food I had in my life. I do not understand how that happened. My wife had the corn risotto same story! Zero taste, aweful!

Fantastic

We had a great time but there were couple of issues like the abandoned hotel besides that was an eyesore, nothing touristy around the hotel that you could do in the evening and dining limited to hotel restaurants. We did like the breakfast and everything in the hotel.

The staff were super nice, the view was great and there were diverse dining options.

It was a beautiful property I enjoyed specially the clubhouse and the spa Vipul was great help Highest

The Staff was amazing. I booked excursions and that was the best part!

The Staff in the pool are rude. Don’t have chairs for all guests. Good room, confortable. The Beach in front is good too.

Very poor food options No food after 10:45 pm yet they advertize on their elevators that you can ask and get anything after hours. Food wise. .. ( not true). Mini bar empty for a 5 star hotel that is strange Chronically understaffed Brekfast is good but only 2 people juat clen the tables. Nobody ask if you would want something and yet. Thwy have a ton of guests. All by themselves. Checking out of the hotel is typical crotian style 4 desks 2 peole working one is for chcckin and one is for checkout. And the. Checkput line has 25 people waiting ok a sunday am Staff at the pool reataurant. 2 people serving everybody Waited for drinks 16 minutes. And then they took our menus. As the staff is under pressure. We ended up getting our full meals comped. I guess they felt guilty. For bad service. ( . Understaffed )

Great

We have been compensated for our disappointing holiday. We paid extra for a room with a sea view and we actually had a view of a building site. The work started at 7am and continued until 7pm so we couldn’t use the balcony or even have our doors open. It was the most disappointing holiday we’ve ever had and it was my husband’s 60th birthday which was supposed to be a memorable treat. The area around the hotel is all building sites with graffiti everywhere and not safe at night. There were no nice walks and the beach area had the drone of building work constantly. We have booked many holidays with Expedia and this has been by far the worst sadly.

Loved our stay. The hotel gave us a cake for our anniversary and a better room looking over the sea. Only downfall was check in and reception was too slow.

Hotel on the beach with nice spa and pool area but hotel is a little dated

We were unfortunately disappointed in our stay at Radisson Blu in Split. Firstly, the outdoor pool and the area surrounding it and the beach club was closed during our stay despite the weather being great, however we understand now it was a few days out of season, however we were keen to sunbathe and there were only around 10-15 beds available outside the spa that we had to discover for ourselves as no one told us that these were available just that the “outdoor pool was closed” which we actually had to find out on our own by trying to get to it. It would have been good for this to have been advertised clearly as we probably would’ve booked elsewhere had we known. By the time we could check into our room the wait was long but understandable as they were busy, however once we checked into our room at around 15:30-16:00, we were checked into a dirty room, the sheets had been used etc. We then had to wait even longer for a new room and the one we were given we weren’t very impressed with for a Radisson Blu Standard and even then, once checked in it wasn’t “clean”, the bins had sanitary products in and the sides and mirror were dirty and the TV had obviously been knocked at some point before we arrived as it was practically hanging off the wall and wonky, not safe if you have young kids! This tainted our experience a lot and not what we expected from this standard of hotel! On the plus side the breakfast was very nice!

Lovely hotel with great sea view and really friendly staff. The gym was a decent size and the breakfast is brilliant.
