Hotel was being renovated and still charged more than full price. Poor way to run your business. We won,t be back.

Could not get AC or heat to work, when checking out front desk made no effort to speak, acknowledge or thank. I’m guessing Marriot is just preparing for AI and they will have robots checking you in They have the impersonal part down all ready!

Hotel was being renovated and no info online telling customer about renovation. Also no continental breakfast cause of renovation. If I knew there was renovations going on I would have chosen a different hotel. I paid 134.00 dollars for nothing.

We loved everything about our stay with the exception of the bathtub. It is very slippery and dangerous. I had to use one of the towels to serve as a shower mat.

Best free breakfast ever. Oatmeal with oat milk and at least 9 toppings. Yogurt, boiled eggs,etc all pleasantly laid out. Very helpful staff. Room was fine. We will be back.

They wouldn’t give me the room I reserved through Expedia…I reserved a King and they gave me two doubles. I was told they weren’t allowed to change my room. The compressor on the room AC was very loud and had to sleep with my head between 2 pillows!
Unbeknownst to me or websites, LOTS of hotel construction was going on from 9am-6:30pm. Thought they were coming through my ceiling about 6pm!!
I won’t be going back to this hotel ever again.

Everything was very good except the Wi-Fi was not protected with a password. We will rethink staying there again because of this even though everything else was excellent. That was the reason my overall rating was only good not excellent. We also won’t park under a tree again. Our vehicle was very covered with bird droppings on the side by the tree!

This property is old and not as clean as other Fairfields. Breakfast eggs etc was made to order at 7:30 am, not a pan full so there was a wait for each. Light bulb burned out by bed or lamp was broke, only one side has nightstand plugs. Marriott overall has too short of toilets for seniors.

Was the last room at the hotel, had food or stuff on the walls. Sheet rock nails falling out above the bed. When reported to staff she came to the room and looked at it didn’t have any other rooms. But took pictures and apologized

This property was clean and quiet. Some of the fixtures are a little dated, but everything was in working order. The continental breakfast was great. There were different choices each morning. The front desk attendant was very friendly, helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is on Prince Street is in an area that has many dining, and shopping as well as other housing options. It is in a well lit area with ample parking and feels safe.
The room was in good condition, clean and well stocked with essentials.
The personnel was friendly and professional.
The pool was being cleaned or repaired but we were not there for swimming we were just weary from traveling over eight hours.
I would recommend this hotel to all I know.

There was something wrong with the air conditioner. I had set it to the 60s before going to sleep and woke up to it in the 80s. Other than that the room ended up being cheaper than I thought and it was very clean.

I had a great experience staying at Fairfield in Clovis New Mexico. The staff were so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make me comfortable. My room was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. I had everything I needed. Being a business trip I got back in to the hotel after breakfast was served but they had saved me exactly what I wanted for breakfast. Super nice people!

Room was extremely small and did not have a tv in the room. When notified front desk was told that i would receive 50% refund on room which did not happen. Very disappointing

We loved the King suite. Spacious and comfortable. It was actually two rooms, without a door.
The only reason I didn’t give it an excellent rating was because the heater/AC unit rattled intermittently all night. This was Room 220. I told management so hopefully they’ll get it fixed. Other than that, loved our room.
