Our stay was great! The staff was friendly. The room was very clean. The breakfast spread offered a lot of variety to choose from. We will definitely be staying there again on our next visit.

The facilities were clean, updated, and beautiful. My family stayed in 3 different rooms while attending the funeral of a family member. A few other family members were welcomed to eat breakfast with us before we all headed home to different states. We had one area to ourselves and were able to spend more time together. I really appreciated that!

Night staff was approachable and friendly. Morning staff wasn’t rude, but not as approachable or friendly. Plenty of parking. Rooms are cleaned and comfortable. Warm breast was pretty good, dining area well lit and clean. Nice workout room, didn’t use the pool.

The room was a little dirty where thr floors didn't looked mopped or swept and there were black marks on the bed and walls. Beds were comfortable though. The lobby smelled like wet dog which was disgusting as the lobby has breakfast in the mornings. The pool felt dirty as some people said it tasted like sea water. Water from pool made my sons eyes burn.

very pleased at check-in of the hotel & grounds, all in nice condition and obviously maintained. gal at check-in was very nice and later showed what and absolutley amazing & caring person she is! we got up to our room, settled in and were relaxing-despite storm with heavy lightning. shortly after 10pm our phones started shrieking which turned out to be an immediately tornado warning. we made it downstairs to find a number of guests also smartly came down to the lobby. Espi (sure hope i’m remembering her name correctly as she is to be HIGHLY commended) was a master comforter. despite all happening, she remained remarkably calm: directing guests, comforting, keeping guests updated. then as city sirens activated she verrrrry calming had guests back farther away from windows. continuing her calm demeanor she kept us all informed throughout the worst of the tornado which indeed touched close, and, praise be to God, when all was over again very calmly and with such comfort in her voice informed us all that it had passed. during all this she could have ducked or hidden….all undersrable as this situation and the lead she took is far beyond her job description but she didn’t. she rose to the rare situation and was an utter & complete blessing. please take good care and treat her well, you have an amazingly valuable emplyee.

First night, sink has plumbing problems. They lost my second night somehow, so we switched rooms. Yay, it has a shower! I’m disabled and had to wake son up to get out of bed; beds are too high. Potty is short and hand rail in tub & shower is too far away. shower doesn’t have an arm to remove to rinse off lower private areas. Towels are rough & tough like John Wayne toilet paper. Toilet paper is single ply which means several rounds to make thick enough to dry the private girly area. Used wipes on butte. Had to unpack truck to get toilet bar to help me off toilet & hold onto while bathing & showering.

This felt like a new hotel, so it was very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and acted like they cared a lot about making guests feel welcome. I also sensed they took pride in a job well done. The breakfast was surprisingly robust and laid out in a nice dining area.
