I expected a much nicer room upon arrival, due to the price and such. There was a settee in the middle of the room that looked like it had been pushed there out of its normal location and the room smelled strongly of bleach/chlorine from the pool nearby. Otherwise, the people and the location was great. Had some sketchy looking people loitering around, enough to make me uncomfortable leaving my vehicle in the lot near my room.

Pool was closed for renovations if I knew ahead of time I would have skipped this hotel as the pool was something our kids where looking forward to while in this excessive heatwave

signs everywhere apologizing for broken items, pool and spa down for repairs, ice machine on our floor broken. No one at front deck in the morning when we left. faucet in our room was loose, required a $50 cleaning deposit with no pets.

The room was great. A little expensive for 1 person but I felt safe and secure (traveling alone). I could not get on Wifi.

Well, I walked in to a horrible smell and couldn't figure out what it was. If I could describe it, I would say it smelled of burned chemicals, a yeast infection on fire, and old man cologne. It was so hard to breathe in there we opened the window. Then i went to the bathroom and the bottom of the shower was disgusting and all stained like someone wasn't cleaning it well. when I showered the floor in the shower was all slimy. What's the worst part is I had my two toddlers with me and we found an actual used meth pipe on the side of the bed by the wall. I was mortified. For a holiday inn I would expect better for the price. I will never stay there again. Management was nice but didn't seem like it was the biggest deal. The manager gave us our last night free, which ok great but we found illegal drug paraphernalia in our room with a 2 year old and 5 year old. It makes me sick that this was the outcome of our stay.

Everything was clean the staff was very polite and inviting very courteous and breakfast was wonderful

manager accused me of smoking in room with family but I did not smoke and do not smoke and nor would I even if I did smoke. smoke would have been found in walls or smelled in halls and room
