Overall cute place going through construction for upgrades. Rooms did. It have chain apparatus only deadbolt with card key which didn’t make me feel overwhelmingly safe. It’s also dark when you pull in. Might be bc it is going through upgrades. But it is a cute old school motel but with modern upgrades very demure.

Clean bathroom and beds. Staff was kind and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Love the room, very comfortable and clean

The front desk staff person was not unpleasant, but he wasn't helpful in any way. I explained to him that I had a wife and little girl with me but he said we would be fine in our room. We got to our room and while the room was clean, there was a electric outlet cover missing with the device sticking out. When I sat onto my bed, it immediately sink in, the bed was broken. My wife also has sleep apnea (we should have brought her pillows). I went down to the office and the front desk person was in one of the couches in the lobby area fast asleep. It was only 6 or 7pm. I asked him if we could switch room because the room was unsafe for my little girl. The place is under renovation apparently so I asked for a renovated room. He said they had no other rooms, they were fully booked. I told him the bed was broken and the electrical outlet was sticking out of the wall. He said he couldnt but he would leave a note for his manager. No manager called. I even offered him $20. I then finally just asked for a couple extra pillows and he said they didn't have any. The room was clean. There is no extra latch on the door and the bathroom window exits to the hallway so it feels unsafe. There are some sketchy characters running around but I wasn't too worried about that. I was really concerned for bed bugs but didnt find any. All in all, pretty amateur experience but not completely terrible.

The rooms were small, but very clean, and the staff were all excellent. I recommend this room and facility highly without reservation.

Under new ownership and they are doing top to bottom renovation. Was in a newly-renovated room. Very nicely done--simple, modern and pleasant decor. So please ignore the previous reviews from before they changed ownership. If just looking for an economical place to sleep while visiting the Hamptons area, check it out.

The room was simple, clean, and cool. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and everything worked well. It affordably served the purpose I needed it to, and I would book a stay again.

The property is being renovated so the curb appeal is lacking. BUT- the rooms are newly renovated and lovely. Staff helpful. Rooms very clean. Towels smell like almonds. Location was great. Affordable value.

The hotel is recently remodeled, very clean and organized. I recommend it 100%

I was pleased with the updates. Everything was new from the flooring to the linens. The linens had a nice scent not like bleach. Pillows and bed and towels were new and comfortable. The single room is perfect for a single person. It was worth the $$ for a good nights sleep. New in-room coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator which I didn’t use but still nice to have.

Very clean and worth the money for a quick stay. We went to Splish splash 5 minutes away 2 days in a row and we stayed a night here. Near stores and food.

Rooms were modernized , smart TVs allow you to log into your own streaming accounts. Felt safe , neighboring rooms were quiet , overall comfortable stay and affordable most of all.

This place is the pits. Old, down at the heels decor. No security. Dead bolt did not work.

This property should be removed from Expedia. It is an embarrassing property. We had no lights in our room! We found that out as we returned at 9:15 pm from dinner. The curtains were tied in knots! When we unfurled they were held together with a safety pin. The window screen was torn! And the traffic roared by. At around 3am someone tried to enter our door. There were workmen a few doors down hanging so J assumed it was one of them. This was a very scary terrible nightmare of a place with a very unfriendly lady at the front desk!!
