Good area to stay - the hotel has great sized rooms and is quiet yet just off the main highway. Good area for visiting the north of Long Island.

This is a very low budget, basic hotel despite the high room rate. Musty smell from being pet friendly. The indoor pool had green mould on the side. Could have just been unfortunate on the night we stayed, however, it was very noisy with big groups who stayed up till the early hours. Wont stay again

I television in the bedroom was inoperable. Since I need the tv to sleep, I had to sleep in the living room which was uncomfortable resulting in barely getting any sleep which was particularly troubling since I was in town for my uncle's funeral.

We always stay at this hotel when in Riverhead. We did have to switch rooms on arrival because of a strange odor in the room. Otherwise staff is very friendly. Hotel is across from Tanger Outlets which is nice if you want to go shopping.

On our first night, there was an unofficial party that took over the pool and hot tub. The staff was apologetic and I know it was out of their control. They arranged for us to have that first night adjusted.

Property is fine but the little things were lacking. No water in the lobby, always empty. No towels for the pool (ever!) and had to request over and over. Dog walking area trash can filled with poop (never emptied). These little things matter to guests! Overall fine though.

Amazing experience. Staff was so kind helpful and friendly. The kids loved all the pools and hot tubs they had a blast hanging out. Beautiful outdoor patio areas for lounging can bbq hang by the fire. The breakfast in the morning is the best. It’s like ordering out they have something for everybody we eat like champs where we’re here. Felt like being in a Caribbean resort the manager comes around in the morning saying hello and greeting everyone adding good vibes to start your day off. Always a great experience when we come to stay here. Want to give a special thank you to housekeeper Isabella and front desk Erika. My nonverbal son left his favorite stuffed animal he sleeps with every night. They went to great lengths to find it and were so kind and understanding to our panic as this item was invaluable to us. Can not thank them enough.!!

Overall the hotel is really nice. Surrounding area is decent too. The issue that we had is the room. We stayed on the second floor and the room needs a deep, deep deep clean. There were stains on the carpet, on the furniture. There was actually food residue on the walls. Counters had dust. There was someone else’s hair on the floor in the kitchen. It wouldn’t take much to wipe down the wall, but it was overlooked which seems for a LONG time. The room was dirty and left a poor taste in my mouth. I won’t be going back. Ironically, the cleaning staff all have an intense frown on their faces at all times and very rude. They gave us dirty looks whenever we locked eyes.
The only positive things were the front desk staff and the bed. The staff at the front were professional and very nice. The bed was really really really comfortable, probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Overall the hotel is not bad for a short stay. We booked it for 3 nights but stayed only 2, mattress quality was very poor. They only have 1 grill in the courtyard that we wanted to use, but it was dirty and greasy. The staff was nice, room was roomyand the pool area was clean and nice.

This was a very clean, modern hotel with a spacious room. The breakfast was very good and it was nice to have non dairy options for coffee creamer! Have no complaints at all with our stay. Shower was outstanding.
