What a lovely hotel, ran by a lovely couple who couldn’t do enough for us, the hotel was spotlessly clean, beds and linen where of a high quality, we opted for breakfast which was beautiful, everything cooked to perfection, I would highly recommend The Peppers Hotel, we will definitely be going back on our next visit to Torquay

Welcoming, excellent hosts with delicious fresh breakfasts; great location close to everything yet very quiet! Wake up refreshed and enjoy the view of the beautiful bay if you stay in the upstairs bedroom. Highly recommended as a place to enjoy all that Torquay has to offer!!

We had a wonderful time and the location was perfect, extremely close to the sea front and harbour, and all amenities. The gentleman who met us upon arrival could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The attention to detail and cleanliness was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay again. We are regular users of hotels and having driven down from Yorkshire have no affinity to review for any purpose other than to say a massive thank you for such a lovely stay

The service was excellent! If the parking lots at the back of the property are full, they will allocate you a parking permit so you can park for free in the Torbay council car park! Rooms were clean, with everything you need, even fresh milk for your tea if you don’t like the powdered stuff. Extras such as an eye mask for sleeping, an Alexa for music, and bottles of water in the room added a special touch. Would definitely stay again

Hotel was very clean, service was excellent. They catered for every request. Husband and wife team that work well together. Very relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was good, San's speciallity 'yogurt pot' is a must try!

My Girlfriend and I were made very welcome from the time we arrived until the time we left by Sangi and his wife the hotel and our room was really immaculate and beautifully furnished with also a super king-size bed which was very roomy and comfortable we stayed there for three nights and would definitely stay there again all the best for the future Dean and Karen 🙂🙂👍💖❤️.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in with attention to the smallest detail. owners were very approachable and friendly, Room was great, bed was very comfy. would definitely stay again. Only down side was the off site parking that was only a few minutes walk but up very steep steps, would be hard for someone with mobility problems, but I'm sure you could book the few on site parking spaces in this instance. Don't let this put you off

Excellently placed for our visit. Sanjeev was friendly and helpful. The parking permit for the Harbour carpark was particularly useful. We will book to stay again if our family member stays in Torquay. Overall a great place to stay.

Liked very close to harbour. Hotel staff lovely Not too keen on being on busy road, esp. when the nightclub closed at 2 am. Followed at 3.30 am by the seagull dawn chorus.

The hotel was situated in a good area for all amenities. Lovely, friendly hosts, made to feel welcome from booking in until booking out. Lovely breakfast, well presented and served. Nice friendly stay and would recommend to anyone and will go back again.

Arrived quite late, but we made a courtesy call to the owners who assured us there wasn't a problem. Parking for 3 or 4 cars behind the property was a bonus (extra parking a little higher up) Room was small but SPOTLESS, and had everything you'd require. The only thing "missing" for me was a dressing table, or somewhere to apply makeup and do my hair. The hosts were attentative and couldn't do enough for us. Hubby had the full English breakfast every day and said it was fantastic. (They cater for vegetarians too.) This is definitely one we would return to - and would highly recommend to friends & family

Great location a couple of minutes from marina. Room was advertised as compact but ok for two nights, room had everything we required. Very good breakfast and breakfast service. Very attentive and caring owners. Highly recommend

My stay at hotel peppers was pretty amazing. Great service and the owners are so helpful, friendly and humble. I would recomend that if you want a lovely stay in such a beautiful part of the country definatly stay at hotel peppers you wont be disappointed.

Just finished a 3 night stay here whilst exploring the local area. Perfect in every way for me although limited parking if youre driving. The owners are great, the room spotless and breakfast really good. Perfect location aswell just a few minutes walk up from the harbour. Would definitely recommend/stay again.

Our week long stay at Peppers was exceptional. The owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing a family friendly experience. The breakfasts were great, rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. Overall a great stay. The hotel is within easy walking distance of some good eateries.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Peppers. The host were very lovely and looked after our every need. Nothing was too much of a problem for them. The breakfast served was delicious and cooked well. Parking was provided and we were given a parking permit which meant we could park free of charge in Torbay council car parks. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable, the people were courteous and the location was good for if you want to spend time near the centre of Torquay. The only things to be aware of are 1, if you have a larger car the parking is a bit snug and 2, the shower was on the smaller side (to be clear im 6ft 2 and had no issues but if you're somewhat on the larger side and/or like a REALLY spacious shower then thats something to be aware of). However, i don't think either of these things detract from the overall experience for me, 5/5 all the way.

Lovely b&b with new friendly and welcoming owners. Very clean throughout with some free parking at rear of property but as this was full we got a free pass to use at the car park not too far away and also anywhere in Torbay. No room cleaning but clean towels and bed linen on offer if you put the laundry outside your room, this is standard in present times. Great breakfast on offer with varied choice.Room on top floor was quite small and really warm but found a fan on the last day!! No complaints and would recommend a stay here Eat at the Ephesus restaurant but be quick to book as most of pubs and restaurants require a booking to eat during COVID times !!

Lovely B&B run by a friendly couple. Very clean throughout. New covid restrictions taken on board. Breakfast & distancing managed perfectly. Perfectly close to the harbour while far even from the bars to be quiet.

Location is ideal for the local shops, restaurants, bars and services provided in the area. Car parking at the rear of the property is limited to 4 spaces, other parking is available off site. Breakfast is very good, with a good selection. Everything is cooked fresh. Viv and Gary, very good hosts who were very helpful and courteous during our stay. Will be back again next time we are visiting Torquay.
