Good little hotel with basic amenities. Location was great, close to the local parks, restaurants and retail businesses. The room had a microwave and a good size mini fridge which allowed us to save some on eating out with the food we brought.
Room itself was clean, good option for a family or average traveler. The breakfast was free and decent but lacked protein. It had the standard staples like juice, coffee, toast, bagels, yogurt, ect. Customer service was good, Karen helping with the breakfast was a gem who made us feel welcome and was kind to the children.

Mostly good. The room needs some repairs. The floorboards were loose and the bathroom baseboards looked like they were falling apart.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice and quiet. Plenty of parking. 3 EV chargers (2 Tesla, 1 standard). Free breakfast in the morning in the lobby area. Cereal, yogurt, bagels /cream cheese, bread (for the toaster), Golden Malted Waffle station, juice station, coffee. Karen at the front desk was very friendly and and made us feel welcome. She is such a sweetheart.

Unclean property
The second floor area outside my room was very stained and dirty. And it appeared that the sheets on one of the beds were old and hadn’t been changed so I changed beds.

We had to ask for cleaning fresh towels and trash removal. Our room was cleaned once at our request in 9 days.

Check in process was great, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming. Uponf arrival to the room, we found it as pictured. Thorough walk through, items from previous guest were found in the freezer such as ice cream and bottled water. Bathroom had left over bar of soap and what appeared to be soiled rissue on the base boards. Screen on the window to our room appeared to have been broken from prying or attempted removal. Bathrooms need cleaning bad.

We had a race track of kids above us. I let the front desk know and they promptly took care of the situation VERY kindly and professionally. Morning breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean. We will definitely stay there again. We had a great time celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary

We booked a two night stay. We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and quiet. Check in was quick and our room was ready upon arrival. The room itself was very clean and it didn’t smell like cigarette. The beds were comfortable. My family and I would stay here again

The property is run down. Maintenance needs to be done. Room smells. I was greeted by staff and told I booked a handicap room. Said no we got a standard room. Situation was corrected but inconvenient. The breakfast was not bad but lacked in selection. The price was average for area. The location is great! With some improvements to facilities it would be a great place to stay.

Poor management. Sink handle came off in my hand making it difficult to use sink. Mold in tray in freezer. Had to turn refrigerator on. Found mold on the tray in freezer. Dirty towels. Management offered no compensation. Very disappointed. Will not stay there again.

The young manat the front desk was most helpful. My mistake for not mentioning my husband is handicapped ( this handicap is new to us) & needing a lower floor on my reservation. The young man greatfully understood & was able to help us out. The hotel room was good for what we needed. I like the fact the room had no carpet. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, clean sheets & towels. Thank you Q Inn.

The rooms were clean but small. The lobby and breakfast area was a wreck. The handle had fallen of of the main door so they just left it open for guests to come in and out so this brought in bugs. I was however thankful for this because it aired out the smell of curry that was throughout the lobby and breakfast area. I was not able to get coffee one of the mornings because of a power issue. They need to have better offerings for breakfast, they had gas station microwave burritos.

We were pleased with how clean the room was! A very comfortable stay. We chose this property in part for the advertised laundry on premise. There is only 1 washer and 1 dryer with no option to purchase soap/dryer sheets. Fortunately we had some with us. The quarters got stuck in the washer and since the front desk didn’t have the key to the machine, my husband had to pry it out with tools he had in his truck. The young man at the desk though was very attentive trying to help us out :)
