I was given a room with a device running when we walked in. Room was filled with airborne particulates that caused us to cough uncontrollably. We were given another room but the hotel worker seemed like he didn't want to give us another room. He was quiet and didn't offer an apology to me.

After receiving our room key and going up to the room, we had to return to the front desk - the first room had dirt on the bathroom counter, crumbs on the table and the bed was not mad - though the toilet paper had been folded prettily. The halls, elevator and staircase all smelled heavily of marijuana. The rooms were overly warm and the room ac only blew cool air, not cold.

Shower water was barely warm. Stopper in sink was stuck in the closed position and would not drain. Toilet was a mess and barely flushed. The tv did not work Al all. Upon check-in I was barely spoken to and received no general info about amenities, breakfast, etc. I was in town due to family in the hospital where I spent 12 hours a day. All I wanted was a hot shower in the morning and to relax with some TV at night. None of this was possible for me. Never again.

The room was great , didn't have much breakfast things the order didn't show up. Jetted tub was nice

In our first room, we found it was not thoroughly cleaned (stuff in sink, candy wrappers on floor, etc), the fridge didn't work (wasn't cold), we didn't have a cable box for each of our TVs (front desk told me supposedly each room only came with 1 direct TV box, even though there were 2 TVs), and our toilet was clogged/didn't flush.. and the phone didn't work (so I couldn't even call down to the front desk to report concerns). We ended up getting transferred to a new room, which was a little better. We then had both of the expected cable boxes, so we could watch both TVs, and the phone & fridge were working. We found LOTS of coarse dark long hair all over the bathroom (floors, shower, etc)...and none of us had that type of hair. The pool area was completely dark and my room key didn't work to open the door, so I had to again ask the front desk for help to get in & turn the lights on so my son could swim. Breakfast was mediocre...half the eggs were old/dried out, sausage links were very cheap heat & serve, waffle mix & syrup were very slow to dispense (so I'm assuming they may have been almost gone), muffins were very dry, etc. Only ate it the first morning, then we decided on fast food for our second morning. Pull out couch bed was horribly uncomfortable... mattress was SUPER thin & had a cheap noisy mattress cover (that rustled like a store bag), so I felt like I was laying directly on the frame. Hotel serves it's purposes but definitely didn't live up to reviews!

Beds are awful, service is awful, the breakfast is awful. It was freshly renovated within the year, but showers are terrible, tile floors werent done properly (loose tiles, uneven, and sink was broken). Ive stayed here twice for work and both times the bathroom sink or floor tiles where broken, which makes it a hazard to not have shoes on in the bathroom. Also hotel smells like weed most times of the day/night.

Smoke alarm in room started beeping, one beep every 30 seconds at 7am. Called the front desk and was told to take down the smoke alarm, was so high had to stand on couch. Of course the smoke alarm was hard wired so that did nothing. Ended up showering and leaving so early. Front desk did nothing to guve refund or credit for future stay.

Perfect place to stay for the concert that we went to.
