Our room condition was poor we had a major plumbing leak for a place that was “supposedly redone” Breakfast had poor presentation and poor selection

This hotel is FANTASTIC!!! It is my go-to place for a “staycation.” The staff is AMAZING!

Very pleasant and helpful staff at front desk and breakfast area. Everything was kept very clean. Room was clean with thankfully no scent of that "room freshener" stuff that you often find at motels and hotels. Their windows opened a bit for fresh air too. I marked this place "yes" for future stays as we pass through GA.

The hotel had flooded. Everything was wet. The fire alarm went off all night long. The room smell musty. When we checked out the front desk clerk was a little rude.

Later in the afternoon we asked for towels for the pool because they were out. The lady smacked her lips and rolled her eyes at us. The covers weren’t on the water fountains in the pool area. We could see all the wires. That’s an accident waiting to happen. The rooms were clean.

Beds were great! Quiet and awesome breakfast!

I have stayed at multiple Marriott properties from California, Nevada, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Florida, Kansas, etc. and the Warner Robins, GA was the most disappointed. From the musty room, rock hard bed, misaligned curtains, and the meager Buffett breakfast which by asking for extra gravy was like asking for gold. She did not part with it. My stay at this Marriott was the worst. We had traveled over 10 hours with our 5 year old, then with me being disabled was hard enough but then to be given a rock hard bed which amplified my spine and hip pain 20 x over - was too much. I would advise anyone to find another Marriott or stay at the Country Inn & Suites across the way. Your back will appreciate it.

The service was awesome clean and smelled good everywhere. This was impressive sine pets were allowed. Breakfast was hot and many choices very good. Couple of problems at the start the elevator sounded like it was going to break. Our first assigned room door lock broken and staff placed us in another room quickly. Then my father in laws Heater didn’t work but we went to eat got back and the staff had changed out the unit and put a working one in. I can say for any hiccup we had the clerk staff and maintance were so quick to fix or try to resolve any issues. One thing for sure is how clean this place was .

The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The decor in the rooms is a little outdated, but it makes no difference to me.

Overall my stay was good. No major issues.

The hotel was a little run down. Shower curtain was not hung properly, someone skipped a hole so it wasn't long enough and water came out the sides if you weren't careful. Location was convenient and check in was easy, not bad for a quick one-night stay on our way to the beach.

Wonderful. After a long day of travel, this was the perfect place to stop.

I never have a bad stay at Marriott. It was clean, comfortable, and the check in staff was friendly. And until you asked the last question about communities that would benefit from this review, I have to reconsider my opinion of Marriott. If all lives matter, what difference does it make what the color or race of someone is?

Excellent hotel with superb service and so very clean! The bed was so comfy and the hot tub was great! We will definitely go back to this wonderful hotel!

We arrived at the hotel at approximately 4:30pm, were told they didn't have our room ready. We needed to get ready for a wedding that evening. We were told they would call us when it was ready. They never called. At 8:30pm I went back to the hotel to check on the status. They apparently had forgotten to call us. It ruined our plans. The staff were courteous but the management severely lacking

Pros - The pool was a nice size. It stayed open late and the staff was not prompt closing or locking the door at closing time. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. The lady who checked is in was very kind and friendly. Cons - This hotel is really outdated. It needs some tender loving care. This was one the worst “Marriott” properties I ever stayed in. Our bathroom had somebody’s hair all over the place. The lady at the front desk said she would move of to a different room but at that point we had already disinfected and cleaned the room ourselves. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. It made it really difficult to get a good night sleep. We stayed for 3 days, one of the days housekeeping did not come and clean our rooms. Thus we went downstairs and asked for 4 sets of towels and the lady at the front desk said she does not have four sets of towels. It wasn’t until we pushed back that she finally gave us some towels. Anytime we we to the front desk we had to wait for someone to come help us. There was no bell to let the workers know that we were there, this often times we were standing there for about 5 minutes before we were helped. The continental breakfast did have many options but did not have the staple that you are used to seeing when you stay at the Fairfield inn and Suites “waffles”. If someone would put some tender loving care into this property it could be a nice hotel.

Needs to be updated. Building is over 20 years old and the room to a remodel

The first room I was giving the room beds hadn’t been changed I called the front desk and the young lady assisted us in getting another room she was very helpful and apologetic being that she was working and doing everything by herself. Please with everything going on COVID-19 please sanitize and change the beds spread with fresh and clean linens.

Quite, clean hotel — unfortunately the ceiling fan in Bathroom did not work too well and the ceiling collected moisture and it was “raining” in there...
