Stay was ok. Hotel seems dated, bed not very comfortable and surprised bottle water in room is $2 not complementary. Also a bit shocking the fee for the parking garage. Just add tot he hotel cost as everyone needs to park I would think. Lastly after going to a show at DCU, nothing to come back to the hotels to like a bar or food.

4 pm is late for a check in time. Extra $ for parking across busy street was inconvenient. To pay extra for breakfast was the first time I encountered that. Didn't see it in the write up before. Seemed cheesy to me. we didn't eat there.
Very ordinary experience for the money. Next time we'll stay out of town instead of down town.

Convenient location.....right across the street from DCU Center, which was the purpose of the trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that an UNO Chicago Grill is attached to the hotel - no need to leave hotel to search for a restaurant. Did have a little difficulty figuring out TV navigation, but that is no big deal.

Hotel was very convenient to DCU Center. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk personnel were pleasant. Room was nice, had decent amenities. There was some trash under the bed (empty water bottle and vape pen). We did go to the UNO's restraunt within the hotel, sat at the bar, but ended up leaving because of the smell and flies. All in all it was a decent stay.

There was mold above the shower and there were people next to use very obviously smoking marijuana in the adjoining room to ours. Overall, not great quality for the price.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time on our trip and this hotel was a big reason. It was clean, comfortable, easy to access and had friendly, helpful staff. It was also in a great location if you are going to the DCU Center and/or The Palladium. They are both only a short walk away.

The front desk service were very rude and non attentive. I came to check in at 530 and they still did not have a room for me. They were going back and forth on which rooms were clean over the radio. No sorry, no acknowledgment of how long check in was. No explanation on hotel- pool hours / breakfast / parking. It was ridiculous.

Decent place to stay up the street from the hospital. Loud truck noises early in the morning. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable and there was a desk i could work at while waiting for visiting hours.

We stayed here for 2 separate nights while at a hockey tournament. It was convenient. The breakfast in the morning offered a nice selection. Staff were all nice. The rooms themselves gave us a little ick. Just needs updating. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The pool was nice to have but my kid said the hot tub was cold. Also- don’t eat at UNO ( restaurant attached ) it was horrible. Overall, we would stay here again if there was another tournament, but didn’t overly love it.

I traveled on a Sunday whereas everything is closed. The accommodations were suitable for the intent of the trip which was to visit a patient in the nearby hospital. The parking across the street was a great deal and accessible.

The room seemed like it had not been cleaned and the sheets had been pulled over the bed and not changed, there was dirty socks in the the sheets, stains all over the mattress hand prints all over the ceiling and looked like mud all over the lamp shade.

The heater quit working on the hot tub, no loungers in pool area. the TV in room had no apps or tv guide feature as well as poor quality. lack of outlets next to bed. surprised still have carpeting in rooms, ugh. staff friendly. The parking garage across the street was convenient esp with the pass.
