The room is very dirty everywhere! Hair everywhere and the bathroom is very dated old and dirty

I booked 2 queens for my husband and daughter and they received a king with no pullout. Absolutely unacceptable!

We stayed for just one night, primarily for the hot tub and the included breakfast, both were great! No complaints. Room was also very nice.

One of the Debit/Credit machines at front desk did not work with three separate credit cards. Second one worked fine. Shoulder shrugs by front desk worker. Shower door and shower was filthy with mildew. Sheets did not properly fit the bed and came off by themselves before and during sleep. Pillows are worn and old and flat, unsupportive.

Always recommend and enjoy The Hampton Hotels. Room was pleasantly clean and very large. Thought the bathtub looked old and outdated. Could be upgraded.

The room was ok but the bathroom was very tired. The shower doors were in very poor shape coming of their tracks. I don't think the room was cleaned very well. There was hair on the floor, old room keys left behind. Check in was easy and had some good suggestions for dining but the better dining was downtown not near the hotel.

Only problem was the coin operated laundry.... The front desk does not carry change, and we were left with 2 bags of wet laundry.
Surely there should be an override key...or a petty cash/ available change. - otherwise a coin operated laundry is frustrating.

My minimum expectation is that coffee is available with breakfast. “Machine broken”. You must have more than one machine to make coffee for these situations or there is a Tim Hortons 200 yards away

The staff were absolutely wonderful, and I am very impressed with their professionalism and dedication to customer service.
The room was horrible. Absolutely horrible. If you have to sleep: do not attempt this hotel. Is was close to $300 to lie there all night as a bright light glared through the blinds. The air conditioning was limited to 20 degrees, despite vast quantities of research supporting much lower temperature for ideal sleep. Noise was an incredible issue, so not really confident how much sound proofing was done to the rooms. I am not confident I slept more than 2 hours, and I have another day with 9 hours of driving ahead of me. It is not effective as a place to sleep, and I am warning anyone who has any sort of driving: do not stay at this hotel. Staff were wonderful, rooms were terrible

The only thing I didn’t like was the $75 pet fee. I think that it is too high and I will look elsewhere for another hotel that charges less especially when staying only one night. It’s too high.

Pleasantly surprised to find gluten free options for breakfast (pre-packaged muffins, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and fruit). Pool was large and well maintained. Hot tub was hot (in a good way)! My only issue was that there was no conditioner in the bathroom (we just popped out to the store to purchase some, but perhaps they have some at the front desk, but we didn't ask)
