My recent stay at this hotel was very unsatisfactory. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, which made the experience uncomfortable from the start. Additionally, the beds were in very poor condition, and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get proper rest.
The service and attention from the staff were also not up to par. It seemed they were not willing to help or make the stay more pleasant, which significantly impacts the overall perception of the place.
It’s a shame that a place with potential has so many shortcomings. I would strongly recommend urgent improvements in cleanliness, room furnishings, and, most importantly, customer service, so future guests can have a more positive experience.

My check in was ok- front desk was very friendly, but my room smelled of something awful. The refrigerator needed to be replaced. The floor was dirty could not walk on the floor without socks. Only reason I stayed in room was due to my lack of a vehicle

This motel is full of echos. I drove from Austin for 5 hours for a mountain bike race and I got 1 hour of sleep maybe. Because in my room, you can hear the people above me walking around, moving their bed. Next door you can hear their TV and talking. You can hear most of the room doors opening and closing inside the hallway. You can even hear the 2 main doors that enter the building at the far end. Bang! Clunck! Absolutely dreadful for sleeping in silence.I will never be back.

Where to start? First we had trouble checking in. They couldnt find one of our rooms... then, while looking, they forgot to return my id and i almost lost it.
Afret a few hours, finaly got our 2 rooms. They where too humid. When we came back from shopping, i found out that our rooms didnt had any toilet paper or soap. Tried to go to the 1st floor bathroom... but it was locked. I had to go to another store and buy paper.
Not comming back ever.

It was misleading because it was advertised as pet friendly no fees however I end up paying $50 for pet registration plus $6 very night I stayed for my pet. Not to add the mattress was uncomfortable and noisy.

The hotel is very unclean. There was other people’s trash in the room trash can and used wash cloths on the sink. The front desk clerk was not at the desk when we arrived. We were calling the front desk and had to wait for her to show up. When she arrived she said sorry about that she had to make sure the lights were on outside. There was a gigantic bag of trash in the hallway outside the door across from our room.

The place is very safe super Secure but how do you deny a person access to use the restroom just because they aren’t checked in . To much nosy people stomping from upstairs you could hear it down stairs. Then vending machines only taking cash instead of Credit cards as an option. Then not letting you check in early. In addition making it default needing two people IDs on file instead of just one person in all honesty . Further more AC wasn’t that cold .

My check in experience at wood springs hotel was fast and easy. I thought I’ll be receiving a clean room at least most importantly a clean bed to comfortably lay my 8 month on. But no the room I got was not even cleaned right, stains on the sheets & very visible dirt on the floor. I booked 3 nights but had to leave on the 2nd night due to mold issues. They had mold in the ceiling, the restroom is rusty & seen about 2 roaches come out. No bed bugs thank god. All I can say is you get what you pay for! I was on a budget so can’t complain too much but I definitely wouldn’t recommend just save your money and get something better

My reservation was not honored, even though it was paid in full up front. Person at front desk had speakerphone conversation with cleaning staff. The lady on the cleaning team sounded frustrated and overwhelmed. It seems they were shortstaffed and she was working on her own. Just as well we did nor get a room as they did not supply pots, pans, dishes, or utensils even tho they are an extended stay hotel. We would've had to buy our own, which would've offset any "savings" we had booking there. Will NEVER book a room there as this detail was not on their website at time of booking.

It took about an hour waiting in line to check in- in a hot and humid front desk. After finally getting checked in and we made it up to our room, the smell was bad. The room did not look like the ones in the pictures. The fridge was rusted and old. We ended up not even staying there and i didn’t even bother asking for a refund. It was not worth waiting another hour in the heat.
