Beautiful and quiet hotel to relax. It's an oasis in this crazy place (Kuta) and the staff is amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable.

Lovely property, buffet breakfast was wonderful, gardens are kept beautifully, pool a decent size, the staff were very accommodating.

Mostly good, the room fixtures are getting tired, eg. Cupboard door fell out as hardware failed, and bathroom fixtures aging and sealants were over applied in an amateur way. But room was large and met most of our needs.

The air conditioning did not work well,also we. Are older people and we did not think the hotel was older people friendly. I will say the staff were wonderful.

Our room was spacious and the bed was amazing. We were close to the pool but still felt like our room was private. Breakfast was varied and lovely. Staff were friendly an helpful. Would stay here again!

Booked two rooms. A cottage room king for the wife and I and a deluxe room with twin beds for the kids. The rooms had the beds reversed and the lady at the desk told me that is what I requested. I produced print outs of my reservation showing the opposite. She then told me she had not said I made a mistake booking and they would correct it. Started bad and went downhill from there.

Beautiful gardens but sadly the stench and filthy condition of the bathroom was too much. The management really needs to reconsider occupying a room that is in such a poor condition. it reflects so poorly on the property and I am sure not all the rooms can be so disgusting.

It was good stay overall. They should however pay more attention to the maintenance inside the rooms. I had leakage of water from the air con and had water on the floor constantly, almost slipped . They offered another room that has the same issue but i refused it. Eventually i was put in a 3rd room that was much better. They are cooperative team and listen to what customers want.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is clean and good for swimming. I enjoy the stay every year here.

Beautiful property with lovely gardens. Rooms are huge and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you are happy and enjoying your stay. Buffet breakfast has a lot of options and is delicious

Front area is nice, breakfast was good, pool to small, room located at back of resort top floor near backpackers , very noisy at night with loud music from other hotel, bathroom very good size, yellow stained toilet seat would be original from when resort was built, hallway to room very hot with air conditioning units blowing out hot air from units

We enjoyed our stay at Kuta Seaview. Good value overall. We loved the gardens. It made it feels like an oasis amongst the hustle bustle of Kuta. Service was always friendly. Pool was great and very clean. Breakfast was okay - food is rarely kept hot enough which is always a concern in the tropics. Fruit selection was also a bit disappointing given the location (rarely pineapple, no dragon fruit). Overall I would stay again.

The hotel staff are excellent, friendly and always smiling. The location is great if you want to party, but not so good if you want a peaceful rest. The hotel is just across a very busy road from the beach. The beach is ideal for surfing but you need to be very wary if you want to swim. The busy road sometimes produces a very strong petrol smell if you are sat on the hotel terrace. The clientele is predominantly Asian and the breakfast caters for them. The rooms are generously sized but are now tired. Our room had the shower over the bath with a plastic bath curtain. Not great if you suffer mobility issues. The staff provided us with a mat to avoid slipping whilst showering. The hotel restaurant had an Italian themed menu. Drink and food were good and at reasonable hotel prices. There is a nice pool, but it has piped music that is rather repetitive. Evening entertainment is based around the pool. There are a number of different dj's, but the music was very similar, a techno-beat loud bass music. Again repetitive and targeted at an age group that wasn't really representative of the guests when we were there. Our garden bedroom was well set back from the music, so it didn't affect us. İt could be very disruptive if your room was near the pool. The gardens are beautiful and well tended. The hotel has an external agent Discova to arrange taxis and trips. They are very good. The beach is fronted by beach bars, with very persistent owners. The beach can be difficult to access

Excellent, we’re enjoy our stay ❤️

This is a great hotel, with wonderful gardens, very nice room, excellent breakfast and restaurant and super nice staff. We were here for five days and enjoyed each and everyone of them. Also very nice pool and area, right across the street from the next, and just next to the Beachwalk Mall; great location for Kuta.

The property looks nice, but when you looked closely at your room and the bathroom, they were not as clean as you expected. The bath towel was old and rough, there was no towel for hands drying unless you asked for. The surrounding was noisy and the Kuta beach across the street was too crowded with litters everywhere.

Beautiful room, facilities and extremely helpful And friendly staff

The hotel was excellent with it's location and layout. I have never stayed in a hotel were the staff looked after there guests so well. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to my friends. Treat the staff well and they will look after you like you have never been treated before.

It was prettier than any of the photos could show. Everyone was very nice and I got treated as well at 2am when I checked in as I did at noon when I checked out.

The hotel grounds always looked immaculate. We loved the pool area. The room was a bit dated and dark but the staff kept it clean and nice for us. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is convenient to shopping and dining. Sadly, we did not use the beach as it was completely littered with trash and I just couldn’t get myself to swim in it. Also, there were many people selling things and services and they were a bit pushy.

The Kuta Seaview is a lovely place. It is comfortable and has good service. The place is clean and pleasant. The restaurant is standard fair for any hotel of it's type. That said it was tasty and reasonably priced. The cocktails are nice but you can get better elsewhere, at bars that specializes in drinks Overall it was good value for money and comfortable.
