We booked a king room and were pleasantly surprised at the huge space it had. It had a large living area and roomy bathroom.
Location is right off the highway, close to downtown or shopping. A great choice.

wasn't the greatest stay. as soon as we checked in the front desk guy was rude. even about asking questions about the pool. the beds were very uncomfortable, and we couldn't even use the tv, the bathroom had no fan. and for the pool it was closed and had to go across the highway to access the other hotels pool. checking out , the person didn't even ask how our stay was, just checked out. won't be staying there again.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. We had booked a suite and it wasn't like in the picture. They found us the suite that we wanted and let us move rooms. The breakfast was a surprise of ham, sausages, eggs and toast. Cereal, yogurt, fruit and pastries were also available. The pool and hot tub area has yet to open but is a beautiful and bright space. We will be staying here again.

The beds are very comfy. Nice pillows and bedding too. Great staff. The only thing that wasn't that great was the water pressure, it was too weak for me to rinse shampoo out of my hair.

As a wheelchair user, the room was accessible but the bathing area was not. The room only had a tub which I was unable to use due to having no lower body mobility. Accessible rooms should have a wheelchair accessible shower with a shower bench for different abilities.
Accessibility should be easier.

The room was even better than i could have hoped for. The honeymoon suite is amazing. The property around the hotel seems unfinsihed or not even started to look inviting. The hotel is very nice on the inside but a couple ice machines were not working and the bank machine was out of service as well.

Renovation almost complete and rooms are clean and bright. Beautiful breakfast area that will have a hot breakfast available within a month.

This used to be 4 points by sheraton,they have partially renovated the hotel and rooms.our room was top floor facing the residential neighbourghood which made it nice and quiet.very large room with a new bed and basic renovation like paint and older carpet that was still in good condition.the bathroom was a bit dated but wirked fine except for a bit of mildew smell.the hotel hallways were clean and very airy with fans on the ceilngs,the elevatir was clean a smelled fresh.the lobby also was wellkept.the one issue we did not like is that there was only one control for the tv and no volume control on it,so had to feel around the bottom of the television to find the small volume control buttons,also very limited channels.tvs were not smart and should offer streaming channels like netflix.overall decent price fir what is offered

The breakfast included was ok it would be nice if they have another option instead of just boiled egg. When I checked in my room, it had hair in the sink and the faucet was spraying water through the sides I let front desk know and they say they will check it. When I came back after 4 hours it was still the same and front desk informed me that they have fixed the problem, I didn’t informed them again because I was just staying 2 days anyways. Beds were comfortable, room was nice and the waitress at the cafeteria were very nice and friendly.

Difficult to get to from the mall. Pool under renovation and no for warning about it. Otherwise the room was nice very clean and the bed was comfortable.

First time staying here! It won't be the last. This will be our designated stop whenever in PG. They are just getting the breakfast area up and running so it wasn't in full service yet but even so what they provided was still much better than what other places are offering.
See you next time we stay in PG!!

Says pool is open - it’s not. Pool is empty and dirty. Room was gross and dingy in the basement? Right across from the staff room. Dark. No furniture other than the bed and tv stand
Extremely outdated and uncomfortable. Broken ice machines. Had to park on the lawn as there was not one open spot. Tons of spots just had mounds of dirt instead of available parking.

I paid over $200 for one night here. It's definitely not worth $200. For some reason, a corn nut was sitting on our counter when we checked into the room. The water pressure for the shower wasn't the greatest. The shower head looked like it was from 1990. Took a long time to fill up the bath tub. Room didn't even have a microwave. Swimming pool was closed for renovations. Positive side, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Hotel was clean. I did mention to the staff the shower didn't work properly. We found out after we arrived the front door is locked at 11pm and there is no way in after that so we had to change our evening plans since we didn't know that in advance. They didn't even mention it at check in there is just a small paper sign at the exit.

This place was a great place to stay. We loved the common area with couches and tv. We were the only ones who used it. We had a third floor room which is not a problem but some may not like the stairs. Good food nearby.
