Breakfast was less than desireable

Checked in late and needed to walk around to find someone to check us in. Cards did not work and had to go back to front desk. Hallway carpets were filthy. Room was clean. Pillows were small and so squishy they melted to nothing. Alarm clock started very quietly going off at 6:30 in the morning and we did not set it, nor did it show that it was on. No way to make stop unless you snoozed it every 5 minutes. Would have to move the nightstand completely to get to the plug to unplug it. AC was on despite the fact it was only 38 degrees outside. Heat would only work on full fan, the auto mode did not work so we either were freezing or melting. Breakfast done by 9:30 when typically done by 10:00.

The room (double bed) exceeded my expectations in terms of size. Very comfortable. Good breakfast overall.

The queen sized bed had an obvious dip/depression. It sagged quite a bit. It is time to replace the mattress in room 118.

Our room was right beside noisy ice machine. Shower curtain rod was broken so major clean up after each shower.

check in staff was not very friendly. breakfast was good, eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles etc. all in all I would stay here again

Everything was good except when I booked the room it was handicap accessible with a walk in shower for my mother in law but what we got was a very high bathtub. By the time we realized it we had all our stuff out. I will definitely make sure next time.

The are around the hotel feels safe but not great for a walk with the dog. Breakfast was okay but everything was packed in plastic. We are surprised there is no recycling at all in Georgia

Nothing unique, just an average place to stay. Not bad but nothing stood out as being any different from other average places.

After driving 14 hours and arriving at 3:00 a.m., the most convenient thing for me was the quick check-in process. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was only at the property for approximately 6 hours so I was unable to take advantage of any amenities or any other specifics such as dining options or shopping but the beds were comfortable and I enjoyed my stay.

Great place to stay for a great rate. Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. We had a super late check in and the front desk was kind, helpful and expedient. Much appreciated after a long day of travel. Would stay here again.

This place was SOOO clean and updated and the staff SOO nice. We tried to stay there again on our way back through town and were so disappointed they were booked! This will definitely be our go to point on our next trip to south Florida.

The staff was friendly and even though we had a clogged toilet, they sent maintenence first thing. The bathroom sink smelled like mildew. The beds were comfortable. There was a man outside asking for money which was scary. Would probably not stay again.

Unfortunately we were in room 209 right across from the elevator. Do not stay in the rooms close to the elevator it is noisy and kept us up all night.

They put me in a room with a tub that was built for someone in a wheelchair. Since I was expecting a walk in/roll in shower. I am somewhat physically impaired and I could not step high enough to step in the talk tub to ger a shower without falling. So I just had to bath off in the sink. I am happy I only stayed 2 nights.

People, just go there. It's not some crazy, amazing, life-changing experience. But it is a bridge to your next journey. The area is great, the people are so nice. Just stay there if you are passing through to your next bucket list.
