felt old and in the morning we found a cockroach on the bathtub

The location was great for what we needed.

From the start, it seems like chaos. The staff were friendly, but seemingly unorganized. Upon entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. There were holes burned into the mattress. The ceiling and walls had paint falling off in large pieces. The ceiling was clearly buckled. The bathroom did not appear to be clean. There was a strip of mold on the base of the tub. And to top it off, the fire alarm was hanging OUT of the wall. I felt disgusting just sitting in the room. We ended up leaving and finding a new hotel.

The front desk clerk gave 4 unknown people a key and access to our room and I am very angry about that

I was double charged for multiple nights, and literally had to dispute the charge. Was harassed several times for payment for prepaid room to the point that I had to lock my card. And and had bed bugs. Wonderful staff, but the owner on my momma on my life on my gawd is horrendous...

Not Good

better quality of food

Took three tries with the mangers help to get into the room and once inside discovered several roaches. Got up this morning and go to office for coffee and staff said they were out! what does that mean! Booked the room for two people weeks in advance and there was one had towel and one wash cloth.

I booked it for my husband's hunting trip and he said the clerk at check-in was trying to charge him more than what the rate on booking.com stated and confirmed when I booked the room

Nothing

It was too cheap, very dirty. The non smoking room had cigarette burns. The bathroom had mold. The table was sticky. We asked for some extra pillow. The front desk lady said they didn't have any. The place smelled like someone had been chainsmoking for 10 years in the room. Just all around a bad experience

There were a lot of people using drugs around the hotel . It made me very uncomfortable.

the king smoking room had not been cleaned so came back and was still not ready-so took a non smoking room -also was charged more than the booking.com rate-messaged the property about the overcharge and never heard back from them

Price and location

I had a room on 2nd floor, towels were filthy,and so was hand clothes.had to go purchase some was not going to put them on me. Clothes rack broken hanging from wall. Coffee pot not working. Was changed to another room downstairs was in same condition, except the bath tub and shower had writing all over in in black marker

bed was comfortable

very noisy that kept us awake bed was comfortable but sheets were thread bare and yellowed from age
