Great stay

The staff was excellent and went out of their way to accommodate me. The room was clean and fresh. It didn’t have that old air conditioner smell at all. Spacious and just what I needed. Would stay again.

Clean, friendly and affordable

This was our first time at Holiday Inn Express and our room was very clean and modern. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable about local businesses and how to get around town. Our two night stay couldn’t be better!

I don’t have any problem with the room or hotel. It is more with hotels.com The room is at least 40% over priced. It should cost around 110to 120 per night.

The pool wasn’t open and we were never told that and that was the only reason we booked a hotel. We also asked for a late checkout and it was granted and then in the morning we were called and told to get out because checkout was at 11am and were told they don’t do late checkouts.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Highly recommend!

On the map, this property looks as though it is conveniently located. It is anything but. There are no good restaurants nearby. The nearest full-service restaurants are a minimum 15-minute drive on major roads. Speaking of roads, the road noise at this property is absolutely staggering. They should pass out ear plugs as they do at properties that are near railroad tracks. To top all this off, we had to call hotel staff at 1:30 in the morning to get the people above us to stop making such incredible noise. We've never heard anything like it at any hotel where we've ever stayed. We are FREQUENT travelers. Although you can't blame hotel staff for the noise above you, you certainly can hold the hotel itself responsible for the conditions that allow noise to travel that "well" through the floors. The noise was similar to jack hammering. It would have been horrific at any time of day, but at 1:30 in the morning it was obscene. And, even on top of that, at 6:00 in the morning, after getting very, very little sleep, the alarm clock went off in our room. Clearly, a previous occupant set the alarm. Hotel staff need to check this during every cleaning for new occupants. It might not have been so horrible if we had been able to sleep during the night. Worst night's sleep in a hotel. Ever. If you're looking for a place to sleep, eat at a nice restaurant, and enjoy the sounds of nature, this ain't it! On a positive note, breakfast was excellent and staff were uniformly friendly.

Very clean and recently renovated. Property is an older building and unfortunately its bones are creaking. Room 121 heard every move the residents above made. It wasn’t loud walking, it was creaking of the wood, sounds like an old boat creaking with the waves. Light in same area would dim and brighten as it pleased. But over all, if I had not stayed in that room, it was very nice and the staff was very pleasant!

Made a last minute reservation as we were passing through town. Typical Holiday Inn Express, clean, comfortable, and good breakfast options.

We enjoyed the stay but there was an odor in our room and I am not sure if it was due to the recent remodeling that was done or something else. The room and bathroom were very clean as was the downstairs reception area. We had to leave before the breakfast was served.

Hotel staff very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The stairwell traffic was loud throughout the night and the noise from the room above was a nuisance. Shower hot water did not get as hot as I would have liked.

My transportation broke down and was unable to get to this location for that night. Tried to change my stay to a credit to use the following week and was charged for the room any way. Poor ass customer service. I stay 3 nights a week on the road. Will never stay at a Holliday Inn ever again. Not too happy with Hotels.com for not getting it done for me.

The hotel was clean. The staff professional and friendly. The bed was terrible, way past its useful life. Seriously, big soft spots at the most used places.

Quiet. Comfy bed. Huge room (ADA type) and nice renovations in progress. Typical Hotel breakfast set up. Nothing special but fine.

Even though they were renovating at the time, the environment was clean and friendly.

The lobby was under remodeling, and the main entrance was blocked the day we arrived

Very hard to find in the dark--signs hidden behind restaurants and large trees. Renovation on-going in lobby and breakfast area.

The front desk clerk was so professional, courteous, and accommodating. He made me feel very welcome!

The staff was super nice and helpful. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working so I went and asked for a fan and they gave us a whole new room. I was super impressed.

Booked for a double suite for the weekend with the family and my room was changed to standard room without my authorization and no call no notice. Very disappointing and sad.

I enjoyed the cleanliness, that very important to me. Good food and everything we needed was walkable if need be. They were helpfull even when i needed to check out early do to a family emergency. I would definitely go back

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet

I didn't like being on the second floor. I tripped over some "supplies" in the corridor a time or two. Not what I expected for a 250 per night stay
