I booked through booking .com for a king with sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a king with no sofa bed. When I went to let the front desk know she said she could not help me because I used a 3rd party. I said yes but you can see I booked a king with sofa-bed and she assigned me a room with no sofa bed. That was her fault. She would do nothing to help us so we did not have enough room for our 3rd person. They had to sleep sitting up. Very disappointed with Hampton Inn
Was not assigned correct size room. Front desk did nothing to change our situation we did not have enough room for our party because the front desk assigned us to a room with no sofabed. Horrible experience

The staff was very friendly, especially the night front desk clerk. She would call you by your name, ask if there was anything we need. I would highly recommend staying at this location. It's across from the large mall and great restaurant options.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT!
WISH I WAS TOLD IN ADVANCE THEY DON'T TAKE ANY CASH FOR ANYTHING! I PLANNED ON PAYING HALF CARD AND HALF CASH. THEY DON'T EVEN TAKE CASH FOR A BAG OF CHIPS. HAD TO GO THROUGH ALOT OF TROUBLE TO PUT MORE MONEY ON MY CARD BECAUSE IT WAS CHRISTMAS AND ALL THE BANKS WERE CLOSED!

The hotel manager was really kind and she's full of warm hospitality. I bet her cosideration and warm heart made many costomers happy from the morning. The room was so comfortable and clean. Best location. I definitely will be back! Other workers are also very kind and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Staff was very professional and helpful, I was in town for a Navy reunion, and they let me check in early. I had been on the road all that morning. Front desk person was amazing

The cook on my second day ran out of boiled eggs and refused to provide anymore because it was within twenty minutes of closing. My 4 year old child did not care about time, she was hungry. I had to go elsewhere to feed her 😒. Not good

The cleanness of the room and accomidations was very clean. The only issue I had was the construction going on at and near the Hotel. Overall we were very pleased and the services provided were pleasing as well.

The female staff member at front desk was rude. She had food stains on her clothes and seemed more interested in her cellphone than being helpful.
The property grounds were very unclean. Dog feces was everywhere outside the back entrance/exit. Also, a homeless individual was sleep in the parking lot in an non-operational vehicle.

Hampton Inn's are very nice and very comfortable, especially the bed!
There was no clock, no pen and paper, no phone book, no Kleenex, no book with hotel info like a map, tv channel guide or food delivery available.
Also had a lot of trouble getting an answer when calling the front desk.
I had trouble getting in and out of the shower. I have a lot of medical issues that make it difficult. Sure would help to have at least one grab bar.

Someone in the middle of the night was banging on my door when I went to the door I didn't see anyone. I called the front desk to tell them about it and they said they would look into it but I never heard they say who it was.

We loved the friendly staff that checked us in and out in less than 5 minutes, super clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great breakfast, excellent location with a lot to do nearby!
