My stay here was okay. I was placed on the 3rd floor where it seems like no one goes up to clean or fix up that part of the building. Originally when I entered the room it seems clean but once you look closely you can tell it's not well cleaned. The tv volume would take 10-15 min even sometimes 30 min to start working. The shower only had cold water but I didn't mind, although I know others might perfer warm water. The breakfast there was okay. One morning my family and I went to get breakfast and saw a drunk man at the end of the 3rd floor hall sleeping on the floor. Made us feel unsafe. We told the staff and they took care of the situation. On the last day (today) as we were packing up to leave we saw a tick like insect on the bed. Disgusting. The staff were nice and the beach was close which I liked but overall I don't think I'd recommend unless you stay one night I guess. I think I would've preferred another hotel such as Hard Rock even if it costed more money. Oh and last thing I wanted to mention is parking was $20 each day I stayed, that's pricey in my opinion.

Good stay

Property staff was very nice, rooms wwre clean and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and hot water lasted..thats a huge bonus! Breakfast was included and good. Only thing needing attention would be that the carpeting could use a good shampooing! Would definitely stay at this location afain.

Property was clean, room was spotless and you couldn’t hear anything from the room. It’s Atlantic City so of course a few homeless people are going to be around town, and a few people will seem sketchy. But it was nice to see a well lit property with plenty of security cameras and a 24/7 front desk. Great hotel for couples or a family. Breakfast was fine, waffles, circle eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, and muffins. Coffee and juices too.

The breakfast was a good value. We didn't have use of the phone in our room (the whole system was being worked on, apparently); the alarm clock was broken; we had no hot water on the afternoon of Thursday Aug 15 (that was corrected later in day, but not early enough to get a hot shower after going to the beach); the rooms were not vacuumed once during our stay; room was not tidied up daily.

For the price it's a very good place. The only thing I don't like is the parking fee that they charge but other than that, it's very convenient location. The rooms are pretty clean and modernized. It's right in front of the Tropicana, which is good so you can walk to the casinos Stayed there a few times before and I will stay there again as long as the prices are good.

Property manager was professional and helpful but that’s where it ends. Room was fine for our needs BUT across the road was a working gals hotel, I did not feel safe at all.

My husband and i went on a couples getaway. The hotel staff was amazing and very friendly. Our room was clean and nice. Our only complaint was the bed was a little too soft for our liking. Otherwise absolutely amazing trip. Boardwalk is like a 2 min walk. We will be staying here next year when we bring our kids.

the check in and staff were great. the room was clean but it had a really strong cigarette smell which was nasty.. too much noise next door, and outside as well.

Friendly staff and good free breakfast!

The TV was out dated would not come on when you turned it on... the room was also very dated, I and had to call front desk so they can fix the TV. the front door to the room looks like someone at one time kicked the door in and bend it .it wont close the right way and did not lock in a safe way. Lamps shades in the room we're not in clean good condition had holes in them .not speaking for all the rooms just the one I stayed in. The dresser drowers one was broke. The room could have been clean way much better, also the air conditioner filters we're very dirty made the room smell bad.. would I come back and stay at the hotel maybe some other room maybe a better experience hopefully ..!!!

It is small motel, nothing special but very clean! Breakfast was good. 3 min to the beach, very close to casinos.

I was surprised for being across from the casino. I thought it might not be a really good hotel. The rooms are very clean and nice towels didn't smell brand. New places definitely been remodeled. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You have to pay $10 to park the parking spot, when you book it on Expedia, make sure that you read the print because you don't wanna smoking room but other than that the place was very good. I would definitely stay there again.

Grimey carpets in room. Clogged shower and sink. Door to room did not close well. Room service does not clean well.Definatey spend the extra 100 a night and stay at the Borgata or Ocean, or Any real hotel.
