The accommodation was beautifully furnished and is right in the heart of Milan. about 350m from Milan Cathedral. The communication with the landlord was great, he explained everything to us how to get to our apartment. When we were in Milan, we arrived at the reception and a gentleman accompanied us to the apartment and answered our questions. We were allowed to use the coffee machine including capsules and water for free. The apartment is ideal for a family with 2 children and the beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed for the children. Thank you very much for everything, I would be happy to come again.

Negatives: Dont believe the pictures. The room we received was basically in an alley not even connected to the hotel. The refrigerator didnt work, the hand held shower head wouldnt stay up, and the AC was worthless in the main living area. Rude front night staff when we tried to address the issue. And no ice maker on property!? Positives: The rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. location was generally convenient. The breakfast was also very nice.

I recommend this hotel to young adults that are in excellent shape.

It was great, close to the train station and the main streets in Monaco. Breakfast was good, and it is kept open til 10:30, room was clean.

Very nice experience. Nice overall standards in the hotel. Not new but well kept interior. Very friendly personel and fine breakfast buffet.

Good location, but uphill from Monte Carlo. Double beds but the sofa bed wasn’t made up on our arrival- arrived at 11:30pm to having to make up a bed- the hotel knew we were a family of 3!

Convenient apartment at reasonable price. Elevators from outside station make easy access, but a little obscure to find the first time.

Had a four night stay whilst on business and I have to say, if you after something that’s clean, comfortable, convenient and inexpensive for the area, then this hotel is perfect. Cheap parking at just €15 per night underneath the hotel too. Well recommend for a visit to Monaco.

Good location to access to Monaco. Parking lot is safe and has direct access to the room. Studio is too small to open the luggage and the condition can be improved if well arrange the furniture in the room. I changed my room to the bigger one but the furniture, especially the refrigerator, is too old.

Friendly and fairly basic

We stayed for one night apartment was clean and had all equipment needed. It is walking distance from all key places in Monaco. Two weak points: room was ready really late (after 5pm) and there are strange regulations at leave like dispose trash outside of the building. It seems nobody did except us, but it was given as information at the check-in.

The check in area/lobby, is a 1 minute walk from the hotel where you stay, up a back street alley.

Not easy to find in Monaco’s street even with a GPS. But once there all is good!

Very nice hotel

I lked the property. I hated that I had to leave one day early (no refund asked nor offered) because smoke from cigarettes was sleeping through somehow all the time, making me cough and my eyes water. It would be a 5 otherwise.

Great location and staff were very accommodating throughout our stay.

Affordable good place in an otherwise overpriced area. The place is accessible by feet using the many public elevators. Comfortable large rooms with a balcony. I appreciated.
