Great place to have the best of both the feeling like you are in a hotel but have a full kitchen and 2 bedrooms for a family. Restaurants on site were great!

Somewhat dated . Would prefer just a good hotel room but those are lacking in the area! Almost all units are small to medium condos.

Very clean and well appointed space in the bungalow. Pool area and beach were great. Dining options limited to one small bar/café/restaurant with a limited menu. Staff were hit and miss some really friendly and some not so much.

We loved our stay here. Perfect for our family. Our two bedroom bungalow had tons of space. It was such a perfect resort. Not too big and not too small. The location was ideal. The property was gorgeous. Loved the outdoor eating area with the bungalow. The staff was fantastic. Would definitely return. 10 stars!

Was exactly what we wanted. A nice, quiet relaxing stay at a stunningly beautiful location to enjoy the teal blue waters and sun. Our room was private, perfectly laid out for our needs and meticulously clean. Staff, from the restaurant, to the groundskeepers to the maids, front desk and more were fantastic. Anything you needed help with, or needed a question answered, they were always there to help. While the waterview rooms looked great too, we appreciated the homey feel and privacy of our bungalow room with the lanai.

The bar/restaurant has great food and you have the option to eat every meal right on the beach, which is unique vs other resorts. The view is beautiful. In addition, it’s the only resort with a reef right in front for great snorkeling. We saw sting rays, lion fish, sea turtles, and lots of other animal life. I would definitely recommend to any one considering going to Turks and Caicos. The only critique, is that the actual bar area is small if you are looking to ‘socialize’.

The property was very nice and great for the price. It's just a short walk to the beach and there's a bar not far from it. It's got a full kitchen which made it easy to cook and a nice sized seating room area. The staff/front desk attendant was very pleasant and helpful. She assisted us with tours.
The only down side was there were ants in our room. They were around the patio door and the kitchen counter. We called down and they sent a young man to spray some Raid. It helped but I imagine it's only a quick fix. I could definitely see staying there again.

The location of this property is excellent, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The apartment was well kept, comfortable and clean. My only disappointment was the pool, it was not very clean. However you really don’t visit Turks and Caicos to stay at the pool you go for the beautiful beaches.

Unbelievable huge apartment with full kitchen, patio and one minute walk to the ocean. We stayed in mid-May and so it was pretty quiet as well. All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. We did not have a car, but took a cab five minutes to a great grocery store, and got enough food for our four days, cooked almost all our meals there. They also have a grill you can use. And the snorkeling is amazing - we saw giant sea turtles and tons of beautiful fish! Highly recommend.

I had a terrific stay at Reef Residences. It’s located relatively close to the airport so I was there in no time via taxi from the airport. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and the microwave and refrigerator came in handy. I also had more than enough room on my solo trip in the living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Reef Residences doesn’t feel like a hotel; feels more like a home away from home. The absolute best part about my stay was my proximity to the beach! I was always on the beach. It was awesome!

Loved Reef Residences. The room was so spacious, big living room with pull out sofa bed, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and nice size bedroom. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was worried it would be a far walk from the hotel to the beach and was pleasantly surprised. It was maybe 100 feet from the beach. There wasn’t a view of the ocean but I already knew that going in.
