'You get what you paid for' is usually a term used to describe very limited satisfaction which should never include dissatisfaction with cleanliness at a hotel. On checking in, the staff was extremely friendly and relatable. Once i entered my assigned room the first thing i noticed was the lack of cleanliness. The corners of the living area, bathroom and bedroom were dirty, under the bed was full of dust and what semed to be either a used surgical glove or a condom, I didn't move it to check. The toilets had grime on the seats and the counters were not clean. When I brought it to the staff's attention at check they applied a 10% discount for the inconvenience, hence the reason for my 2 star review. Cleanliness should never ever be a problem at a place offering rooms.

The room was all I expected .. and more. There was a kitchenette. The blinds, however, were not blackout.

It was ok. It’s quite run down and dated, but the front desk guy was really good and helpful.

Don't trust the pictures!! Our room was very far from what was shown in the pictures. The room was gloomy, dirty, smelled of humidity, the mattresses were of very poor quality, etc. We even take the decision to leave just after seeing the poor quality of the hotel, and the guy at the reception did not even ask questions to understand why we decided to leave. I deduce that we were not the first family to leave like this. Avoid this place!!

It doesn’t seem like a hotel at all. Pricy for such room.

I was good experience last time mostly one or two nights stay with family .but now I’m booked for 7 nights. I’m waiting 2days no body comes for clean and when I ask they said no clean until you leave . How can still without cleaning the room. I paid up to $1100 for 7 nights because we expected clean places. Staff is very friendly but I think they not allowed to ask for cleaning. My suggestion needs to allow ask for cleaning and supplies . Thanks

Bathtub was dirty, holes and molds everywhere I won’t stay here again. Then there was a pervert guy that was staying there too troubling all the young girls

The accomodations were fine. The TV did not work. Apparently, they had just upgraded their system and it had some issues. No one was able to fix the TV issues during our stay.

The room was durty everywhere. There were hairs on our pillows, floors were not clean, the tub had dust bunnies and hair in it, the mirror was full of smears, damage on the entry door and furniture inside. No dishes in the kitchen to even use or out away like the sign says. Spoke to the front staff about it upon check out and no compensation or suggestion there of. Hoping someone will adjust the price of our stay because it was definitely not worth the rate we paid. The stay was awful. We were both disappointed.

Clean room and I was amazed that they actually had a kitchenette with full-size fridge, stove-top and microwave. They had a lot of appliances inside the space and I was impressed.

The hallways have a horrible smell. Sinks were clogged, and the room smelled musty. Bed was very creaky, and they didn’t provide enough hand soap for the 7 day stay. The room was old and falling apart in general, but the A/C and fridge worked great. Staff was very nice and even let me and my travel partner check in 4 hours early. All in all, you get what you pay for.

The room had a kitchenette but the stove didn’t work and that was quite a disappointment. The laundry facility was absolutely nasty.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Though no meal was served. Very calm and peaceful. And some of the staff I have an interaction was so friendly.
