We stayed here overnight after a trip to the Sky River Casino Resort in Elk Grove as we did not want the long drive back to the Bay Area at night.
The hotel is tucked in a quiet area just a few streets after exiting off Highway 101. We arrived almost midnight but the check-in was detailed but quick --having a confirmed reservation.
Our room -just near the pool & vending machines- was relatively clean, and came with a small fridge & microwave (great for re-heating take-out food). But there is no safety box for valuables inside the room.
The large, wall-type, stand-alone A/C works well and is considerably quiet to have a good night's sleep.
We noticed that the room was recently renovated with faux-wood floors & furnished with a task chair & newer bathroom fixtures. The shower stall has good hot & cold water pressure & is relatively clean - no messy water run-offs on the floor.
We stayed in the height of summer (mid-Aug). The bed is OK (queen size) and the sheets & pillows may seem OK during summer but would be inadequate during the cold days -- so bring along some blankets and extra pillows.
The room needs sufficient lighting as the sparse lights inside the room are mostly the gloomy amber-hued ones.
We saw some fast food shops &stores along the way, so make sure to buy your stuff early if arriving late at night like we did.
The price is just about right for the quality & size of the room so we will have this place in mind if ever we visit the area again.

Nice enough, clean & reasonably comfortable. They are currently doing work on the swimming pool- it is currently (9/2024) totally torn up. Not a lot of outlets for devices.

Stayed for 2 nights. First night was smooth and peaceful, second night got some weird people staying on he upper floor that kept making super loud "thud" noises throughout the night. The room was nice, everything is clean, adequate, convenient. Really nice to have a shower with provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. Definitely would be nicer with a bidet for the toilet, but we're not Japan, so it's OK. Very typical bed and mattress, on the firmer side.
Only issue was that one of the vending machine yoinked my 3 dollars and didn't give me my water bottle. Owner might want to fix that. Other than that, the stay was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this motel. Checking in, the staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Very nice friendly vibe. It’s an older property, but the room was clean and everything worked properly. Bathroom and plumbing in great condition. Also grounds are well-maintained. I had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable and pillows were great. They have very strict rules about having guests late at night and it’s a good thing. Grab and go breakfast was exactly what you need for a light grab and go, coffee and a cinnamon roll kind of thing. The highway patrol office next-door gives a sense of security. For a budget friendly motel it ticks all the boxes and I will definitely stay again. Actually, I would dare to say that this is one of the best budget motel stays I’ve ever had in my life. Thanks.

All rooms smell Bad he said they were just cleaned they smelled like straight up weed and cigarettes,i checked in walked in and walked out asap my baby started sneezing non stop!!
