Booked a queen room with two beds for 2 adults and 2 children. There was only 2 towels for 4 people. Only one bar soap, only one shampoo. The napkin box was empty. Requested for 2 extra towels didn’t receive it until checked out

Night manager was rude, service was horrible, TV didn't work, blow dryer didn't work, location was horrible, homeless tweaks in the parking lot throwing things. Tables were dirty with finger prints, no soap or shampoo.

The breakfast was a bag of items. It was ok.
The bed spread had burn holes in it. The bathroom faucet didn't work. the hallway had very bad smoke smell. The carpet is in great need of replacement. The Pool was a mess. could have nicer lounge chairs and be cleaned up.
