This review is a good news, bad news statement. The room was exactly what we needed - a separate kitchen, sitting and sleeping area. The problems we experienced during our 3 day stay illustrate the significant problems the hospitality industry faces.
First, I think it was a long time between vacuum cleanings. There were old French fries, pieces of dried chicken and crayons under the kitchen table. The body wash container in the shower was completely empty. When I asked for cleaning service the maid could not speak English, and removed the towels and did not replace them. When I asked the front desk staff for help with raising and lowering the black out blinds, they thought they were controlled by a chain cord that is pulled up or down, when in fact the electric blinds are controlled by a remote. The maintenance person was very helpful, but also did not know how the blinds operated. It seems that no one on staff knows how to operate the blinds. On the other hand, the maintenance person gave us exceptional service when he replaced several light bulbs for brighter ones. My Dad is pretty much blind and needs as much light in the room as possible - hence the need to raise the blinds and increase the amount of light in the room. The problem with the blinds was never resolved.
Thumbs up to maintenance, thumbs down to everyone else. My advice to the hotel's management - train your team. Make sure that customer facing staff know the hotel and can communicate....

Awesome stay, loved the Studio King Room, will definitely be back the next time we are in Nashville. Only issue if you want to call it one is that the wife was hoping the pool was heated.

Stayed for one night passing through family vacation with young kids. Out of 5 differnent hotels along vacation all under 200$ this was the best price 150s and nicest hotel. Cleanest, biggest with kitchen and lounge room and overall up to date. Nice indoor pool, only nit picks were no pool towels even after asking, pool was freezing, not enough loading trolleys, other than McDs no drivethrough places to eat in a pinch.

Rooms were spacious & comfortable, staff was friendly, professional & helpful. Breakfasts were good with several choices. It was only an 11 minute drive from the airport, & very convenient to the Opry Mills Mall, with plenty of restaurant choices. Would stay here again.

It is a very basic place to stay. they did not even have the room we had booked through Expedia. Lack of coordination between the two companies. Expedia should not have promised the room when it was not available because of which we were given a different kind of a room. It became a very uncomfortable experience because we were given sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and the coils were Right there on the surface. We Asked for the mattress that we could put on the floor and sleep on it, but they said they cannot. Then he asked for extra comfort to put on the bed And they said they only have very few. All in all a very poor experience and will never ever trust Expedia in our booking. Not sure if you book anything it will be available for us. We traveled miles and wanted a good rest in the night, which we did not get even after paying a lot of money.

Mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast choices are odd. One morning only hot choices were all vegan. 2nd shift front desk help sat in lobby chairs every night talking on her phone. Felt like we were interrupting her phone conversation when we came in the lobby each night.

Had a problem at check in where I had already paid for the room on expedia and the lady working the desk said I need to pay for incidentals. So I gave her my card to pay and she charged the room amount again plus the incidentals. When I looked at my credit card online had been charged twice for the room and the incidental I went down to have her correct it and she stated she could not as I wasn't charged twice for the room. So I waited until the next morning and went back to front desk where the nice gentleman working the desk said they had in fact charged me twice and got it corrected in less than 10 minutes. He was super helpful and apologetic. Overall the building its self and the breakfast were both great. Would defiantly stay again.

I was so impressed with the staff at the hotel! From the time we got there until we left the gentlemen at the front desk were beyond exceptional! Our room was clean, breakfast was perfect! The hotel itself was fairly nice and comfortable. However, I was traveling with my baby and while I checked the floor thoroughly, she managed to find a pill or medication of some kind that was bright pink under the bathroom vanity that was not from us or our stuff and because I had no clue what it was, and it was dissolving in her mouth, I had to call 911 and take an ambulance to the children’s hospital followed by a 12 hour observation and lots of tests. I understand things happen and not everything is caught during cleaning but it was beyond traumatizing and can only imagine the cost we will incur for the emergency visit and ambulance transport.
If you stay here, do your due diligence and canvass every nook and cranny, twice.

The building was very clean and updated. The rooms were spacious and smelled freshly cleaned. Liked the makeup area w/mirror separate from the bathroom so other people could be showering while I was putting on makeup/finishing getting ready. The staff was incredible friendly. Really enjoyed their hospitality. The only weird thing was the entrance to the building. It is not well-defined and there are a bunch of handicapped spaces where you should be able to pull up and unload your vehicle and luggage right at the door. That's my only constructive criticism. Other than that, was very, very pleased with everything.

The service personnel at the front desk were busy on the computer when asked about needing a nearby pharmacy to access some needed pharmacy prescriptions - answer was to check online . It did not appear they were busy with work needs . Had to go online to find needed information .
