Average a little below par- no ice on the floor - 1 elevator broke down - tv loud at times and then quiet - bathroom toilet paper very thin- bed comfortable - shades would not roll down for privacy- it was not horrible / like it sounds - just not as nice as we hoped

We stay at Aloft everytime we come to town for a concert at the AMP. Service is always amazing, walking distance to the venue, we love everything about it.

All of the employees were very friendly. A few complaints…said was dog friendly but when we booked it there was nothing saying there would be a $50 pet fee. Second, the room took almost 5 hours to cool off because there some sort of built in table over the air conditioner. Third, it took around 30 minutes for them to make 2 breakfast sandwiches which we couldn’t end up eating or we would have been late for church. Other people staying were also complaining about this. Not for sure if they were short staffed or not but it was ridiculous to take that long for 2 breakfast sandwiches to be made.

Great hotel. Especially for the price! Room was nice and though we weren’t in town long enough to enjoy any of the hotel’s amenities, they looked really nice. Convenient location as it is pretty centrally locate to everything.

Overnight stay for a concert. Convenient, clean and very comfy beds. The pool area could use some attention, no trash cans available and the pool was very cloudy and uninviting. Only 2 or 3 lounge chairs available and no towels.

Room was nice. The bed was comfortable and actually had king size pillows on the king size bed. We stayed on the side next to the highway and there was a lot of road noise.

The hotel was understaffed. Stained sheets they where advised and I was told when I have time I will drop it off on top of the bed for you

The bar in the lobby is nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was great, the shower was hot and had good pressure, the area looked safe and clean. It’s only a $10 Uber away from the Wal Mart Amphitheater if you want to pregame in your room and partake at a concert!

We had a good stay for a concert at the amp. Property was nice and staff was friendly. Bed was quite comfortable and we liked the decor. We were told the bar closed at 11pm but the bartender started shutting it down before 10 and actually turned people away. We got our drinks but others were not happy they were unable to get drinks.

Comfortable bed, clean room, easy access to restaurants, and shopping.. We stayed there for a concert at the Amp just minutes down the road. Would recommend 10/10

Got to the property at 5:30pm waited until 8:00pm for all three rooms to become ready. Then the two we waited for were not clean at all. The ceilings in all the rooms looked so nasty, mold at the bottom of shower and paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast! Plus they just have not refunded as they stated they would. Just really sad that people pay and then what they get is horrible experience.

Got there right at check in (3pm) but had to wait for at least half an hour (several parties did) because there were no available clean rooms. We were there for a concert so it was a bit frustrating and cut into our time. Lacee at the front desk was helpful in getting us a room as soon as she could as well as honoring my request for a high floor. All in all it did work out and I’d probably stay again. Made to order breakfast sandwich was divine as well since we opted in for the breakfast for two add on. Had fun just playing games in the lobby/pool table and visiting the pool as well. It was just the two of us and if there were any more people at the pool it could seem crowded. Showed it holds 10 people.. Kind of bummed the desk lamp in room 608 did not work or just needed a new bulb.

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Only complaint I have is that the rooms that face the highway do not have any kind of window covering that will block the sound. Felt like we were next to a highway with the windows open.

The hotel staff was friendly throughout our stay here. We only stayed for one night as we was in town for a concert but we will stay here again for sure. The bar area was fun as well.

Property was short staffed but were very attentive when they could be. The air freshener smell in the lobby was very strong and overpowering. The room was wonderful, best night of sleep I had all week.

All the options for breakfast weren't available 2 days in a row. That lead to my kids being bummed. Also, there weren't lids for coffee cups. These are simple items, but they are nice to have.

It was overpriced. The room smelled like mildew and was no clean. There were pubic hairs covering the walls of the bathroom. The breakfast was really bad. The lobby was nice. The bartender was friendly. There were games and things to do in the lobby and the pool looked nice but it is not worth nearly $300 a night. I was very sad with what I paid. I would have been fine with everything if it were like $80 a night but I am almost certain there was some sort of fungus growing in that room

I got to the hotel around 3pm and I was told they had given away my 3 rooms I had reserved for me and my 2 colleagues. They advised they had sent an email I hadn’t seen, and that hotel didn’t maintain my reservation. I had to book another place. I asked the hotel to log my complaint as both a platinum hotels.com member and Marriott rewards customer - she sent it to the hotel management and I haven’t heard back from them either. They said they don’t have good communication with you and that’s why it was was still showing as active. Super concerning around. I’d appreciate more explanation and an understanding how not to have this happen again.
