Yeah decent hotel not far from the beach

Had a great check in Clean spacious room and comfortable bed Fridge and tea and coffee Staff where amazing Great stay

Breakfast was excellent value. Room was good - facing the sea.

Pleasant weekend stopover en route to conference in Laos. Hotel is conveniently located near central shopping mall and hotel is friendly and efficient. Only complaint was that the wifi sometimes did not work (about 25% of time)

Good central location is why I booked but your room options are incorrect as I was lead to believe the deluxe, seaview rooms have twin bedding available. On arrival and not some time in the 4 months since booking was I told that this is not possible so we had to accept a sub standard roll away bed, very uncomfortable for an adult. A topper was added following my complaint but that's not the point. If I was aware that a twin was not available I would have booked elsewhere. By the way the room was amply big enough to accommodate 2 single beds but management was not prepared to replace the queen bed with 2 singles. Not good enough

A gem of a hotel. Great for couples. The area is suited for adults. I would not bring children to this part of Pattaya.

Maybe can change some oldest equipment.

Very nice people and easy going. They upgraded us to a premium room when I the toilet had issues. Breakfast is 10/10. Bring your appetite. There is a lot of shopping so pack light so you can bring lots of stuff home.

She was considerate, knowledgeable, detail oriented, personable, and professional. Through her overall performance she demonstrated a strong dedication to providing excellent customer service, and a stern loyalty to Sunshine Hotel and Residence polices and procedures. In addition, due to her language skills, she was able to communicate effectively with guests from multiple backgrounds. In my opinion, Bella is valuable employee worthy of consideration for promotion to a position with a higher level of responsibilities. Promotion of a customer service employee like Bella, would certainly further the customer service reputation of Sunshine Hotel and Residence itself. Her exceptional efforts made my stay much more comfortable than it otherwise could possibly have been.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a good option around the Pattaya city

Stayed here for 15 nights. Lovely, clean hotel staff are really friendly, especially God at the poolside bar. We wouls stay here again but not have breakfast as plenty of places in the area to eat at a very good cost. Needed help twice in the stay when the safe coukdnt be opened. Very prompt service from the maintenance team. Great holiday would highly recommend

Excellent customer service, and housekeeping. Modern, clean, comfortable rooms. Two blocks from Pattaya's largest shopping mall with McDonald's, Dairy Queen,, pizza just like US.

Very disappointed the staff was so rude the room was smelly

The staff are brilliant but the hotel is let down by the air-conditioning. The rooms were not cold enough andThailand is very hot. Ive been to other places and the aircon is great expect here so they need to start makingbthe air-conditioning better.

It was close to our favourite bar, even though i was only 10 the staff looked after me. The staff at SunShine hotel was every sweet, kind and caring

I changed room between my trip and at the end of the trip charged me 80 bath for 2 bottles of water I didn’t drink . 7/11 of front of the hotel 11 bath the bottle of water . Because I changed room I couldn’t price it that I didn’t drink the water . Charged me anyways after talking to the manager . They didn’t care , I never drink from the fridge I am not stupid. Pool view room are more expensive and the AC doesn’t work good because the windows can not close well and you can hear all the music and noise from outside.I will never come back

Desk staff rude. Air conditioning stopped working. Tv remote stopped twice. Very noisy

I like sunshine hotel I have stayed there 2 times the room was made every day with out asking and the staff are very friendly and polite

Beware, this hotel is not as nice as it used to be. Staff at front desk have a poor attitude, there is more rules and policing of everything. Hotel is now like a prison, only one way in and one way out. Not guest friendly.

Excellent hotel, clean, close to the beach, and great breakfast buffet. I will stay again next time.

A nice budget hotel (don't go for the cheapest) breakfast is great for the price, rooms are a little outdated but comfortable and the biggest advantage is the location. Close to Beach road and Central festival shopping centre. Well worth it.
