In town to see our grandsons. The staff was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was good and the hot food changed daily. Our only complaints was the bed wasn't that comfortable and the shower, although nice and hot had almost no pressure. Very nice place to stay.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property and it didn’t disappoint. Good service, clean comfortable and quiet room. Pool and jacuzzi to relax, although the jacuzzi could have been warmer. We will likely stay again next year if we pass through.

This was my 2nd stay. Everything was great. The only disappointment was the hot tub this time. The water was cold so I’m thinking it needs serviced but everything else was great!

Great easy night stay with breakfast and a large pool. Clean room and hotel.

Large, clean rooms. Decent options at breakfast. Helpful staff. Safe area with plenty of free parking. Nice to have a full sized fridge with freezer so can freeze our ice packs.

Staff were attentive and responsive to any requests. This will be our preferred stop on our way to Chicago next trip. Thx!

Second stay at this hotel and service was excellent. Will definitely stay here if I go back to the Toledo area.

The staff at the property are friendly and helpful. They fixed mibor issues with my stay quickly. The property is kept clean and is quiet.

Very pleased with service and check-in. Also that pool and hot tub open until 11pm (many places close at 10)

Great stay! Our room was nice and clean. Full kitchen set with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, etc. Breakfast was very good. Staff extremely helpful. Will stay again.

This hotel is fairly updated and nice but the cleanliness was not good. I requested two queen beds but ended up with one and a pull out sofa bed. The linens for the sofa bed had blood on them, the hot tub on our second day was cold and completely murky and gross, our floor smelled like food. The staff were very nice and responsive once we brought items to their attention.

The only bright point was the woman who checked us in. There was mouse poop in the pullout of the first room and food and wrappers under the bed in the second room. Smell of marijuana on our floor. Assistant GM could not help us because as she stated " we booked through a 3rd party site. We will never book with this hotel again.

Wonderful place. Very friendly and caring people. Loved the oat milk since my grandson is allergic to milk. All staff from housekeeping, front desk and kitchen went above and beyond

Seemed to be fairly new, very clean and well decorated. It was very nice.

Marijuana usage extremely heavy in hallways… and had a suite and could only use one shower

Most things were great. The only part that wasn’t was that the pool/hot tub and gym were all overtaken by kids the whole time. I know the hotel cannot control who uses what amenities when, but there was no monitoring of the situation. Most of the kids didn’t have parents around and they were loud and disruptive. They were at the pool until 11pm when it closed and came back at 6am when it opened. We tried both times to use the hot tub and it was full of kids both times. Also, the kids left a huge mess at night and it was not cleaned up the next morning. Cheetos all over the pool deck, moldy towels, etc so it was clear the hotel staff hadn’t cleaned in between. I suggested adult only hours at some point so couples or elderly people could use the amenities in peace.

The good: Common areas were modern, well kept, and clean. Fireplace and seating areas in the lobby were attractive. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was a nice addition to the usual amenities: decent protein options, hot foods were indeed warm and fresh, good variety of cold cereals and baked items were offered. Room was mostly reasonable, however, housekeeping did miss a few things that led me to give one less star than I otherwise would have overall. The not-so-nice: Found a used, dirty towel on the floor behind the bedroom door against the wall. Could see popcorn from a previous guest underneath the dresser. There were handprints all over the bed headboard...in positions rather suggestive of how they got there. Ick. Maintenance issue: the plumbing in the shower was rather "loose"...when you turned water on/off, the faucet and fixtures all moved about a half inch. Also, you could see marks on the floor of the tub showing there once used to be some kind of a non-skid mat on the bottom that was no longer there. It could have used one. The tub was small, has a very slick surface, and a rather aggressive slope on the bottom that made footing a bit tricky. This was a real challenge for my senior citizen mom who was traveling with me.

It was a good stay. Enjoyed the service and cleanliness.

Family of three (15 yr old) had plenty of space. Clean and spacious. However, the extra pillows for the pull out bed were stained. I brought ones from home so no biggie. Mattress on pull out bed was thinnest I have seen. And we go to hotels often. Son was sore when he woke up. Should have just slept across the couch. Pool and hot tub were big and clean. I was disappointed with no decaf coffee except breakfast. No herbal tea or cocoa except decaf green tea, which I don’t like. Breakfast was not good. Burnt dry omelets. Ham swimming in oily water. Watery oatmeal. Oranges were so bad, I couldn’t tell they were oranges. Food seemed old. All bread products in baggies which was odd. Not a deal breaker. Would happily stay here again. We will just eat out! I could only see one luggage cart for the entire hotel. Never saw it all morning. Had to make multiple trips to car, including a big cooler. Order more carts, please. One elevator said weight limit 250 lbs or one person. In a hotel? Doesn’t seem safe. Just something I thought was strange.

Great room!

Rooms are worn and outdated. Furniture was scratched and chipped, couch was worn and sink holes on every seat. The dishes in the cupboard were sticky, and the dishwasher looked like it needed cleaning. Bed was comfy, lobby was fantastic and friendly staff. Would return and hopefully the room would not be as dingy as this time.

Beautiful quiet place that feels like home.

Breakfast was delicious

Room was not very clean and had a stale smoke smell even though the property was smoke free. The furnishings had large old stains and needed replacing. No iron in the room, went to ask for one at front desk and was told they had to wait for one to become available to bring to room. Only two luggage carts available in the entire hotel and they were rarely available as well.
