Clean facility and nice amenities

The tv's were extremely small for the room

Breakfast was good quality, good variety, and well maintained. Room was large and well supplied with nice towels. Lobby very inviting.

The location is okay

I booked online. When I checked in they told me the card that I used to book online was not accepted. I gave them another card and card A they charge the full amount and then card B they put the deposit on. The front desk staff came with me to my room to check if everything was okay which I thought was odd that's never happened to me before... they entered the room before I did. Then called less than an hour later to make sure everything is ok. I checked out a day early because it was hard to breathe in the room there was so much dust coming from the filter of the air conditioner that it was asthma triggering. The cleaning staff had inappropriate music playing loud enough to hear through the doors. Front desk staff was hard to find during the weekend. A slew of young children "ding dong ditched" my room multiple times during the late night. Very strong marijuana smell from other guests. During checkout card A AND card B were charged TWICE with two different amounts on both cards. I have yet to get refunded OR my money back for any of it. I've spoken to two staff members.no one can help me. Never again.

The proximity to where we needed to be, and the breakfast was okay.

The hotel was mediocre at best. It had an odd smell everywhere, the bedding was scratchy, there was little to no water pressure when we showered. The breakfast was what you would expect for a value hotel. Even though it was just $3, I thought that charging for parking was a little ridiculous, especially since there are other hotels in the vicinity that don't. Seems like a way to nickel and dime the customers.

The comfort of the room, and I was tempted to stay another night.

Very clean, large rooms, friendly staff

Bed was extremely uncomfortable and kitchen staff ordered us to use hand sanitizer before coming in to look at breakfast. It wasn't really a problem, just kind of odd to be ordered around by a stranger. We did not end up eating the breakfast and instead went somewhere else.
