Outstanding, helpful service. We had our dogs with us and the hotel were very accommodating about these . We were allocated a ground floor room and they gave us really good advice about our checkout and the ferry’s etc next day .

Great stay before travelling across the tunnel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and a lot of other people staying had their pets with them too. Room was comfortable but not a perfect nights sleep as we could hear Storm darragh raging outside most of the night. Free parking and breakfast included which was very nice. We also had dinner the night before which was very tasty too.

Great place about 5 miles from Dover port to act as a stop over for us on our trip away. Great facilities, Comfy beds, good food & handy tesco is a on the way out to the motorway for supplies / fuel.

Staff were very friendly, happy and helpful. Room was very clean and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Beds (especially the sofa bed) were very hard and uncomfortable but great choice of pillows.

To be honest I was a little surprised that the hotel was so nice after I queried why there was a £20 charge per night for my little dog. I understand charges but this seemed high.
Anyway, they didn’t give a horrible room like most hotels when they see a dog, it was definitely pet friendly ( as opposed to so many that are tolerant not friendly) so there was an area where you could sit and have breakfast.
Room was nice, shower was great, breakfast was really tasty. No complaints at all.

Very convenient for channel tunnel. Great parking on site. Not much around except a McDonalds and a large supermarket. Nice bar and restaurant on site with reasonable prices. Absolutely great breakfast.

The receptionist and hotel staff were very friendly, bedroom clean and practical with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent and only a 10 minute drive from Le Shuttle for my journey to France which was the read I stayed there. All in all a pleasant nice little hotel 👍

early leave on Euro Shuttle so this was a great hotel, was even kind enough that we grabbed a bag with a few breakfast items as it was 6.00am when we left. Staff nice and all smiled... what a difference.

It was a convenient night of passage en route to the Channel Tunnel. Very useful that you take dogs. The second time that we have used this hotel. Reception staff welcoming and friendly.

Very convenient for the Eurotunnel, room is small but functional. The hotel has seen better days and it’s fairly expensive for the standard but you pay for the convenience to the Eurotunnel. No electric car chargers that I could see.

Double the price of Premier Inn but not double the experience. No tea bags in bedroom. No bedside cabinet on one side of bed so no were to place things whilst in bed. Only one lift and VERY busy. Gave up waiting and ended up walking three flights of stairs

Arrived early and car parking registration process explained. Very easy check-in. Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean. Room a good size and well equipped. We had breakfast in hotel which was well presented but didn’t choose to dine in hotel or use the bar.

Perfect base for us for the night before our eurotunnel crossing. Onsite bar is good for food in the evening and has a wide selection of drinks! Limited selection for breakfast but a nice mix of hot and cold food - everything you need for a decent breakfast before your onward journey.

The packed breakfast was amazing. The bacon and sausage sandwiches were just what you needed for a quick breakfast whilst travelling through the tunnel. They were nice and warm.

Fantastic location close to the channel tunnel with tescos and other amenities close by to grab essentials. Check in quick and easy and staff friendly and helpful. Similarly priced to other hotel chains but buffet breakfast was included for no extra cost, which was great. Will visit again

TOTALLY UNSANITARY!
Leaking toilet. Each time the toilet was flushed it leaked water onto the floor. Issue only noticed when our 2 young children were in bed so we couldnt swap rooms. However once we raised it, no-one seemed to care.
Left with a floor that we had to clean, and a toilet that we couldnt flush.
Issue raised 4 times since by email and customer services. I intend to contact the Department for Health.

Convenient for Rurotunnel Terminal. Had dog friendly room for our stay with our greyhound. Room could have done with a refresh, bit smelly. Overall was pretty busy as it was in the school holidays and peak travel time,staff did well to cope.
