My stay was very pleasant. The staffing was welcoming and it was close to everything. My family and I enjoyed the pool and gym. The EVS staffing was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The availability of snacks and other necessities was also great. They also offered breakfast and an open bar. Yes I will visit this hotel again.

We arrived at the hotel early and were assigned a room right away. Front desk service was friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and accessible to interstate.

Concierge was very helpful. My daughter turned 13 and wanted her friends to stay at the hotel and go swimming. Chica was so helpful and answered all my questions. I went to her several times trying to use the key from the app. The breakfast was very good…mainly the Belgian Waffles. The girls loved it.

Considering the other reviews I had much higher expectations of this facilty. We had 2- studio suites, the rooms lay out was awkward and not the greatest when it came to functionality. The linens were dirty. The pull out sofa had some large stain on it, we ended up getting a blow up mattress at Walmart instead. The pool was small, however the kids still very much enjoyed it. The employees were all wonderful, the ladies in charge of breakfast were so attentive and kind. Those two gals were the highlight of this hotel. The location is great, however there are many hotels in the vicinity and we will not be returning to this one. For the price I expected more.

Lisa (I think she was the Front Desk Manager) was awesome, she was able to give me a walkthrough of the hotel and the area and gave me all the info I needed up front.
I had an early flight and got to the hotel at like 945-1000AM which is super early but the hotel had a room and was able to squeeze me in and get me to my room so I could rest.

The pool is really small and the water is cold.

The room had a smell to it when we walked in and the couch seems to have some stains on it. Pool was a perfect size for kids but small for a large amount of people. Check in was really easy. Hotel is in a great location. Close to gurnee mall and six flags.

The morning desk clerk was rude and treated my husband and I unwelcome.
The room wasn’t as clean as a hotel room should be especially considering it is a Marriott franchise. We were staying here to see my son graduate from Navy Bootcamp and I am extremely glad we only stayed here one night to avoid traffic the morning of graduation. We spent the rest of our Chicago trip in downtown Chicago and at a much nicer hotel.

My family of 5 stayed 5 nights at the Springhill Marriott. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. My only minor complaint was that we did not have enough towels for the 5 of us, but we made do. Breakfast was fantastic with great staff keeping food well stocked all the way up to the 9 or 10 am closing time. I really appreciated that they didn’t start packing away breakfast early or let things run out. The indoor pool was nice and the kids loved getting pool time even when it was cold and snowy outside. The cleaning staff was very kind, and our room was cleaned every other day. We will definitely stay here again as we have family in the area.
