The latch lock on my hotel room door was broken. The hotel staff were attentive to my needs& fixed for me.

The person at the desk allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated this. Everyone we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. A great staff makes for a great stay.

Great hotel, great staff, great and clean room. My only complaint which I hope will be resolved is that a $10 charge showed up on my credit card for each of the two rooms I paid for. I called the hotel, they told me that Hotels.com did not pay the full amount. I hope that Hotels.com will resolve this issue. I did receive an email from Hotels.com yesterday. I hope it is resolved. I don't think it is appropriate for a hotel to add an additional charge without my permission. I don't know who is responsible for the error, but I intend to find out.

Toilets were too low to the ground. Breakfast was cold. French toast was a little tough to eat. Tub was too low to the ground. Oatmeal was only available on the weekends not weekday. Need a mild salsa option. Breakfast potatoes were too spicy. Evening front desk staff was too slow in tending to my needs. Stood there a while before anyone came to assist. Loved the fact we had our room serviced. Unexpected benefit. Difficult to determine tv channels & delivery options.

I thought our room was very well cleaned and lovely. Bathtub looks worn or dirty. Maybe just old and needs replacing. I would definitely stay again.

And neither time was it open
Also at one point they they had rented out the lower level for a birthday party which over crowded the pool

We came down from a far distance for a horse show. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a big dangerous snow storm. We asked for a refund to see if they could work with us. The person at the front desk gave me hope but ultimately I was not able to get a refund. The reason was because I booked it through a discount website, I was not able to receive a refund. However, they did work with my parents and they got a refund for their room.
So be aware where you are booking your rooms at. I am out 170 bucks for an entire night because I booked it through a work website.
Otherwise, it was very nice in the room for what we were able to spend in it.

Hotel was very nice! Front desk staff in the evening of our last night was not very friendly. We ask for towels for the pool room they acted like it we were inconveniencing them. We ask three times for towels in the pool and never got them until they shut the pool down at 11:00pm and we had to ask again. We ended up having to dry off in the front lobby and elevator on the way back to our rooms. Everything else was great.

Toilet problems, notified front desk that toilet was not flushing. Only one person working so took a long time before she could come fix issue. Next time using same thing clogged. Next morning toilet completely overflowed. Also, room next to me had a dog barking very early in the morning - not a pleasant stay.
