A clean, comfortable, interesting, house stocked with every possible necessity for a homey stay. Six older friends enjoyed our time here. (All one level makes it especially convenient for those challenged by steps).The back yard landscaping is beautiful and restful.

For the past four years we have used this house as our base for our annual golf outing.
The house is perfect for eight guys to have space yet also gather in the beautiful back yard.
Very convenient to all types of stores.
Owner is just wonderful.
Would not go anywhere else.

The house was a perfect fit for our group. It was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed to have a very productive meeting and wonderful social time together. The outdoor area was amazing! Not what you would expect to find "in town". The bedrooms and decor were so cozy and fun. We will most definitely be back!

Our stay at Goodview Haven impressed us more than our preconceived thoughts could imagine. We loved being at the Haven and it served as a great hub for us as a family to venture out and enjoy the good stuff in the Winona/Goodview area.

Just spent three nights in this wonderful home, full of nostalgia and history. We enjoyed the space, the decor, the work room with big tables and lighting. We cannot wait to come back and enjoy some more days in your home, we didn't want to leave.

This space was amazing for our group size and was a great staging area for our activities in Winona. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out, but reconvene as a large group at the end of our daily activities. A great space to cook and share time together.

My friends and I stayed for a long weekend and had a great time. We had plenty of space even with over 10 people in the house. The neighbor is quiet and relaxing, overall a great place to stay!

We celebrated a big milestone birthday here with a group of 15 friends. The house was absolutely perfect for the weekend and the backyard was the crowd favorite.

We had eight people on our gathering and everyone was more than satisfied with our accommodations and location.
While all of the space was great we all found the wonderful backyard our daily gathering space.
Perfect for relaxation and conversation.
All of the furnishings worked very well for our group, plenty of space to gather or to be by yourself.
Kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay.
All in all a wonderful place for old friends to gather and catch up on each others lives.
The house is also very convenient to restaurants and stores.

Overall this place checked all the boxes for my group. Large place with plenty of space; inside and outside. Close to walk to local establishments. There was a slight musty smell but it has been very humid lately so it seemed appropriate.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here with a group of family and friends so that should tell you how great it is. It is a beautiful home with a beautiful yard. It is, by far, the most well-stocked place I have ever stayed. From hand lotion to games to bug spray to spices to towels—the list goes on and on. This place is amazing!

My family has done an annual camping trip for over 25 years. Now that the neices and nephews are all adults and starting to get married and have families of their own, we were looking for a new experience.
Goodview Haven worked perfectly for us for the weekend. The outdoor space was great for playing badminton, bags, or other games or for just gathering together. The indoor area was large enough for all of us to find areas for smaller groups. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals and the sleeping arrangements were good, although a little crowded.
Everyone had a great time. We like to mix up our stays a little, but this is definitely on the list for a repeat

Accommodating, charming, and cozy
This was an excellent place for me and all my friends to stay. Loved the crafts and everything about Goodview Haven was charming. Jodi was also very kind. You can't go wrong with a stay here.

The Good Haven VRBO is absolutely amazing!!
One year ago 11 WSU graduates started working on a reunion. We had not all seen each other in over 30 years. The Good Haven VRBO gave us the perfect location for our gathering. We are thankful and blessed to have seen each other in such a wonderful setting!

Great place for large groups
Our student organization was in Winona for an event and regret that we couldn't spend more time at Goodview Haven. We arrived late at night and were amazed by the lit up outdoor area. The space was clean, warm and inviting as well. We recommend this space for large groups!

Wonderful
This was a beautiful, clean, welcoming home for our family to get together to celebrate a family wedding. So nice to have a place to visit and regroup between events.

Get away
We held a surprise birthday party for my daughter. Perfect set up for the 9 of us. She goes to college here and so we traveled a few hours to surprise her and wish her luck on her year at school. Was so nice to be able to relax and have the space for playing games and making a nice dinner. Needed is maintenance on grill. Also an added large frying pan for kitchen.
Definitely a five star review for us. Made precious family memories in a delightful space.

Amazing!
This house was so cool—it surpassed our expectations! The layout was fun and worked with our group of older/younger adults. I’ve never been in such a well stocked vacation home. Everything—and I mean EVERYTHING—was available. From an unbelievable kitchen to hand sanitizer and lotion in the bathrooms to slipper socks by the front door to an outdoor fireplace with wood to burn. The house has lots of super cool knick knacks which would be the one thing we would’ve worried about with little kids. Overall, just a fabulous place to stay if you’re in the Winona area.

Family Reunion
The property was perfect for a family gathering with multiple households from various locations and a wide range of ages. Everyone had their own bed and plenty of space to spread out. The craft room made a great office for homework and virtual work meetings for guests as needed. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and spices. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor pergola, grill, and fireplace (except for the mosquitoes). The owners were very attentive to our questions and even purchased some marshmallow roasting sticks for us to use after we inquired about them. We would definitely stay again if it works out in the future!

Great 4th of July weekend
We were very happy with our stay. The house was clean and large which allowed our family to spread out and do different activities (reading, watching movies, games, and crafts). Plenty of bedrooms and beds for everyone.
The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare meals and a large table to have family meals at.
The outside yard was large and had a great time sitting outside at the table to have meals and spend time together. There was a large grill available to cook our meals. Had fun sitting by the fire at night.
Although the house was located in town, it did not feel like it because of the large house and yard. There are numerous bird feeders which provided opportunities to watch the birds through the large floor to ceiling windows facing the backyard.

This is the place to stay in Winona!
Everything was perfect. The host was very attentive to all questions and the house was beautiful! Our reunion group was extremely impressed with the accommodations. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Thanks Erik!

Family reunion
We had a large family group staying at the property, 17 total including 4 younger kids. We had lots of room within the house and used just 2 air mattresses for the kids, everyone else had a bed. The backyard is beautiful, pictures don’t do it justice.

Wonderful spacious home!!
Owners were great to work with, the house has so much to offer, very clean, the back yard areas were great to sit and gather, play games, and enjoy the outdoors. The homeowners pay attention to detail, great kitchen and wonderfully stocked with Watkins products for your use! Would highly recommend to anyone. We had a group of 9, and everyone had their space! The history of the house and pictures is great!

Fantastic - together yet seperate areas
Everything was perfect for our stay.-- siblings, spouses, and a niece. each had their own area to relax but plenty of common areas for puzzles, games, food, etc. Indoor and outdoor areas are setup for relaxation and lots of extras to do. We didn't even have to leave the place to explore -- just good family time.

This property was spotless, had everything that you would ever need stocked so we didn't have to bring anything and was set up wonderfully! We had the best time and will definitely be coming back to visit soon! I would recommend this property to everyone! They do an amazing job keep the property clean and in great shape!

Excellent Meeting Space
This was perfect for a work centered getaway, my insurance agency meet here for a meeting and retreat. Was perfect and roomy, we were not falling over each other and the great room was exactly what we needed to meet, accomplish some work, and relax and have fun!

enough room for everyone!
this property was amazing! it had many beds all 14 people in my group had a comfortable place sleep. the kitchen was large enough to make large meals for everyone and there was plenty of seating for eating such meals. the back yard was enormous! it was way to hot for a fire but the fire pit almost made it worth trying out. it was close enough to Winona to be convenient to shopping and dinning, yet far enough away that you weren't overwhelmed by the city. This was an Amazing Place.
