The staff went the extra mile. I accidently left my ipad there as it had fallen behind the headboard. I called the hotel receptionist. She immediately went up and got the ipad and then mailed it to me! Thank you.

The elevator was out of service but they did have someone to help you with your bags if needed. The room smelled really musty while we were there. I had to go buy some air freshener to spray in the room. One day when returning from our outing there was a man sleeping in the stairwell on the second floor. They did replace the towels daily and fix the beds. The breakfast was decent but pretty basic.

Bathroom tub was rusty. Rust in the tub. Elevator was out of order.

Elevator did not work. Room on the 3rd floor. Bathroom had no soap or shampoo. Only towels and toilet paper.

The woman who checked us in was nice/friendly. I was HIGHLY ANNOYED, tho, that 1) The ice machine on first floor doesn't ALWAYS work - AND didn't the two separate times and days I tried. Therefore, had to go upstairs. 2)There is NOT ONE wine opener or bottle opener in the ENTIRE HOTEL. THAT IS RIDICULOUS!!! There NEEDS to be at least ONE that be used at front desk. I think we are long since the Prohibition Era. I am also annoyed about not being able to get juice or milk about 9:07 when I walked the 15-20 feet from my room to eating area. Tho w 7 or 8 cars besides ours when I returned night of stay I guess there isn't need to put much out or leave a minute passes 9. My own fault, but I feel like the juice machine, at the VERY LEAST, could still be used maybe til 10, which is ONLY an hour before checkout. Not like hotel is packed and cleaning up quickly for next afternoons arrivals is something this location really needs to worry about much. Overall, can't beat it for the $90 I paid after taxes, etc. You usually get what you pay for, but def GREAT and better than a $90 hotel stay. Not getting what you would for $400 Four Seasons standard rm cost per night + $40 parking and def not receiving Super 8 or Motel 6 lowest tier either. Other than my two tiny issues, it's great. Right off 35 and Valero (pretty sure), that I walked twice after returning to room in evening, is literally next door and open til midnight.

Everything was good, except the ceiling a corner had mold !

Everything was fine except the pillows were horrible. The staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was tasty

The staff was nice but the rooms was terrible. Have Bed bugs. Don’t ever go there.

Hotel was need of basic maintenance. Curtail were ripped & our room was without hand towels. Last, the breakfast hostess was very friendly & accomandating give we can to breakfast late.

Elevator didn’t work while on my stay and rooms are humid and stinky

The elevator was not working. I had with me an elderly person with a disability and a baby with a stroller. I had to carry everything up the stairs, because the room they gave me was on the third floor. When I got to the room it smelled very bad. The bathroom was dirty, the refrigerator didn't work and smelled very bad, the bed sheets were dirty and the window curtains were torn. I would like my money refunded.

Elevator did not work, hallways and stairways were dirty and needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Had issues with keys that did not work and some other annoying issues. Seems like each day we were there, there was something that was wrong or did not work,.

The service was ok for the most part. I will say it was a bit draining with the elevator being closed and half the outlets in our room didn’t work. But over all it was ok.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

For the price point this hotel fell very very short of expectations. We're usually not inclined to write reviews but felt the need as this hotel had no working elevator and put us on the 3rd floor. We were not advised of this until after we had booked our room. The cleanliness of this hotel was not good. The room was dirty, the stairwells were filthy and of the 3 lamps in our room, only 1 had a lightbulb in the socket. So the room was not only dark but dingy. Not likely to book another LaQuinta hotel in the future, not if this is what they offer for accommodations.

Unfortunately elevators were not working and we had to use the stairs to carry up luggage but it happens. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was perfect, the attendent was very nice and helpful.

The worst experience in a hotel. We checked in elevator wasn't working, dead bolt wouldn't lock. Phone did not have power,refrigerator was not plugged in. People were knocking and running I complained to staff they said they couldn't do anything about it. Swimmingpool wasn't even open.

No elevator service, pool Was being worked on, other than that it was ok.

The elevator was broken along with all ice machines. They were out of coffee in the morning and there was no one staffing the desk.

Refrigerator was not working. 1st room was smelly and the furniture was all banged up. They moved us to different room, The second room, refrigerator was also not working properly, but we dealt with it. Room was cleaner and furniture was in better condition.

There was no bacon. The food was good and hot. The carpet smells bad. The male staff who checked us in was not friendly or welcoming but the morning staff was very friendly. The room was nice in appearance.

The elevator didn’t work had to climb to the third floor. we had four rooms and three of the rooms the air conditioning didn’t cool the rooms. We were miserable !!!! The staff was friendly ! The pool was closed this was a waste of money !! A horrible experience breakfast wasn’t enough to many people it was a horrible !!!!

Hotel outside was nice looking and deceiving . The inside was dinging , elevator didn’t work , phone in the room didn’t work , air conditioner didn’t keep room cool and floors were nasty .

It was neat and the staff were accommodative

Elevator broken, room we were given no headboard , had a big piece of wood half screwed into wall with screws sticking out, bathroom light didn’t work, food on chair.
