The restroom door in the room would not close. It would only close halfway before getting stuck on the floor. On the last night of the stay a rain storm came through and water started pouring into the room from a leak in the window. Pouring is not an over exaggeration. It literally pooled on the window ledge. After notifying the hotel front desk clerk at checkout she brushed it off and stated they never had a problem before. This hotel does not deserve the 4.4 stars it has rating it.

The beds
The outside is trashy, it needs a lot of work. The room was as if someone was in a hurry to clean. Floors were not mopped I cleaned them myself.

Interior of building looks to be cosmetically newly refreshed.
Upon inspection of room it appears it was only like half cleaned/made ready before making it available to be given to guest…bed was made, small paper/trash on floor behind sitting chair, couple dirty spots on tile as you walked in the room. Bathroom had empty toilet paper roll still on the holder and no other toilet paper in the room, no shower towels or shower curtain either. Called front desk they said they would bring some up but after almost 40 min I went down to front desk and was taken to laundry room and given clean towels and shower curtain. The toilet paper wasn’t deliver to my room until almost 4hrs after my check in

I thought it was abandon at first, then realized it was being renovated!
It looked scary from the outside but pretty inside, recently renovated

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Worth the price and would recommend
I didn’t like the stair and my legs tub was a little rusty and stained.

It was an easy location
The building is being renovated so that's a plus. But there was mold in the shower the refrigerator in the room didn't really keep much cold. Carpets were nasty, beds were clean, when we needed anything it was at the minimum. All in all I'm not too picky but they need to work on cleaning up the mold in the shower, times on the floor in the restroom were loose and the carpets and the elevator.

Because there downstairs are dirty and the door had one broken Schlage.

Nothing it was dirty and old the breakfast was nasty and on top of all they over charged me just because they felt like it
That they charged my card more than double what I agreed to pay on booking called them and they did not care were rude and simply don’t care and did not want to give me my money back

I had a quiet and restful night, location was good close to a Highway, near groceries and shopping stores, clean room and hallways, the guy at the front desk was very helpful I forgot twice some personal items and they were return to me. There was another time the room did not have any towels, and the guy at the front desk brought some right away.
Just when you enter into the rooms, there's a humid smell, and I stay in different rooms every time. Control remote from the TV did not work.

The chambers were most unclean. I discovered refuse concealed behind the beds and upon the draperies. The air possessed an odour reminiscent of stale swaddling clothes. The bathing receptacle displayed a brownish hue and was plagued by mould. The pillows appeared to be excessively worn. The breakfast quarters were in disarray and woefully restocked.

The rooms had I needed I stayed in different rooms. I had quiet nights. Bathtub had a handle and tub are not slippery. Fair price, a lot parking space, good location, the pool was open 👌

I stay in different rooms and all had a humid smell I think it's coming from the carpet not sure but some air freshener would help. Breakfast around 7am was almost empty. No towels available but it's understandable if there's none.

The price.
The hotel was run down and falling apart. The hallway and room was damp and gross. The sink's cold water didn't work and the sink leaked. The bathroom tiles were loose. A lamp didn't work. The elevator was covered in graffiti.

The people that run it were nice
Everything in my room didn't work. No hot water, room leaked all over my clothes, had to change room. Tv did not work at first.

My room curtains were ripped, the carpet of the entire hotel are so dirty, my room smells weird, combined old and dirty,
