Staff was very nice and helpful. Cook chief - lady one - made always very delicious eggs of many kinds. Good location.

Decent hotel. Most of the amenities are present. Room service guys are very humble and fast. Specially Arif and his coworker. Very clean hotel. Heard music heavy bade till early morning but didn’t bother me. Reception folks are amazing. Reasonable price too.

When i checked in i was told i will be transferres to a smoking room when it became available...didnt happen until i had to ask again. The room where i was billeted had a broekn fridge..i asked for a bucket of ice i was going to be charged. I was offered a glass of ice free, but that was not enough for my needs at that time..if the fridge wasnt broken in the first place, i would not have asked for the bucket...

Perfect central location in abu dhabi for everything.its literally 15mins by taxi from the beach, abu dhabi mall or the Emirates Palace. This hotel was opposite a shopping centre that had everything a traveller needs. The hotel was modern, clean and had incredible staff. As a family travelling with a baby, Cristal made sure we were not too high up in the hotel, upgraded us to a suite so the baby had space to play. Our room was spacious, clean invluded a cot for the baby and had the all the general free extras in hotels. Our additional requests were met immediately and so were requests for a late morning housekeeping. We opted to include the buffet breakfast with our stay and it was awesome. Best decision with a baby. Lots of variety, hot and cold and unlimited. Chef Jen was incredible. She made omelettes for guests and made them perfectly seasoned for my 2yr son. Staff members Joy and Elvis were always ready to get our table and baby seat ready when we arrived. Its these little details that made cristal so worth our stay in aby dhabi. I would go back again. 1st for its hospitality and 2nd for its location .

The rooms don’t have coffee makers but the hotel is generally good for a few nights stay. The location was perfect for us but also nice to be able to walk around

Good locations

The hotel is in an older area next to a local mall with nothing much to offer except a pretty sufficient supermarket. The hotel venue itself is older and needs a facelift. There are a few good restaurants and bars in the building. The swimming pool is too warm and very small. Staff is friendly and helpful, they upgraded our room to a suite, and stored our luggage for a few days while we travel to Oman. Will recommend this hotel in general.

My stay in your hotel was amazing. Joanna and the rest of her team provided an outstanding customer service to me and my relatives whom i havent seen in over 15 years! I would like to give a Bravo Zulu to Cangga who works at the dining or Mezzinine. He was always friendly and ensured we were always being taken care. One of the policies i did not like was the food being taken away because of the closing hour. I think just close the dining facility entrance at 10, but dont take the fiod away. The chef can stop, but the clearing should may be extended to at least 30 mins to an hour more while everyone is still there eating. I also would like to give a shout out to the lady who opened the pool door and sauna for us to use. Thank you!

Even though our stay was short but we felt that the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. They were very helpful , pleasant and courteous. In the near future I will most definitely stay at the hotel.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. It’s fantastic, the employees are ALL friendly, efficient and professional. This hotel is conveniently located close to so many dining options in the city center that are all walkable. The rooms are updated, clean and spacious, there’s even a hotel bar that stays open until 5am! My son and went to Abu Dhabi for father/son trip and visited Ferrari World and Yas Island waterpark. We took taxis that were a quick 20 min ride and there was always a taxi parked outside the hotel ready for us to just hop in! Hats off to the staff and management at this property! When we visit Abu Dhabi again in the future, it’s a no brained, this is our spot!!

Great hotel that is fairly central to most attractions in Abu Dhabi. The Cristal is a boutique hotel that offers relatively spacious rooms with modern amenities. Wifi was generally good, but upload speeds were a bit disappointing - I understand that upload speeds and internet access in general can be challenging in the UAE. Apart from that, the hotel was very good and provided great value for the price paid. Would recommend to others.

Very good location, just behind the Mall. Easy to get to from/to aiport by bus, also loads of buses to move around, as bus stops are 3 minutes away from the hotel. Reception amazing; Annalyn thank you for being very accommodating; truly a superstar employee! Very clean hotel, nice facilities. I would stay there again.

Location in the city was perfect. We could walk to shops and cafes. My room was really nice with the seating area separate to the bedroom. Beds especially the pillows we’re comfortable. Room service and housekeeping attending our call very quickly. Will be staying there again in the near future.

The property was nice and clean, the room was spacious and had a good view around the city of Abu Dhabi. The service was slow we had to call several times for iron and iron board and extra towels.

Staff were very welcoming at check-in/out. Polite and courteous. Arrived very late due to flight delay but the short stay was comfortable.

Very nice hotel, clean. got a suite very confortable. Breakfast was average with little choice of fruits, cheeses or hams. The concierge/people in the reception were nice but completely clueless about what to see, how to get there, opening times, etc.

recommended, price /quality is a great hotel

I use the Cristal hotel often, in fact for the majority of my stays in Abu Dhabi, it is always clean, nice rooms and is conveniently located and is reasonably priced…. Most times! But as a regular guest I receive no favorable rates when the high demand periods are encountered. Ie ADIPEC where I find the rates extortionate. So there is no reciprocal reward for my patronage during the “lean” periods (Summer)
