If you enjoy sleeping with ants and mosquitos this the place for you. You defiantly tell this place hires the cheapest people to fix problems. Food was decent

Rooms smells like mildew, hard/smaller beds than I purchased, shower curtain length too short, remote to tv didn’t work.

Property was just old and gross. Terrible hallway smell. Need a little love to the property to make it smile again.

Room was nasty with bugs and shower didn’t work. The whole place smelled.

1. Key card did not always work efficiently 2. Bathtub was EXTREMELY slick making highly dangerous when showering 3. Shower curtain rod was loose on both ends causing the shower curtain to ONLY cover the middle of the tub causing the floor to become extremely wet at the faucet end of the tub this making the floor slippery

Front desk lady acted like she didn’t know the answer to a question. She said I needed to put in my card (note I already paid online) and I said is it going to charge me because I don’t have no money in my card because I already paid, she said I don’t know. Like how do you not know the answer to that. If it’s for security purpose like for deposit or something then just say that don’t just say I don’t know. Like you work there you should know I’m sure you have to tell customers all the time the reason.

Door from outside didn’t lock. Beds were uncomfortable to the point that all of us had trouble sleeping.

Hot rooms even with ac on 64, mold in mini fridge (that didn’t work. Breakfast…. Cranberry juice was basically pink water.

The staff they were great and the breakfast was good coffee was hot and there was always coffee available any time I wanted a cup

Th property was overall good except the bathroom in both of our rooms had mold around bottom of the tub, on the wall and it smelled moldy.

I stay here frequently and love the employees. Everyone is so nice and if you want a clean room stay here! Lots of good restaurants around and the downtown square is adorable. Also great for families w children so many water activities etc.

Front desk was always polite. Lobby was nice. Room was average. Furniture was scratched and needed repair. AC wasn't working well and the room was always warm and damp. Housekeeping was bare minimum between nights. Not a bad stay, but nothing special either.

Everything was very nice. We always enjoy staying here.

Nice

Our first room smelled so bad you could stand in the hall and gag. They were great about giving us a better room but the sink kept stopping up and would drain slow. We up graded the room for my son to stay. Nice room but toilet ran if you did flip the handle and almost t, air conditioner was way too loud and the bed was hard!! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The AC was terrible. It was very loud and would not regulate the air properly. I ended up having to shut it off. The TV cable was terrible and very hard to navigate. As well, premium cable channels like discovery were not even available. This was the cheapest service a Hotel could have paid more for.

Our room had an unusable toilet. We were told we could use the toilet in the lobby and they would get it fixed. They did not get it fixed. We were supposed to stay for two nights but checked out after one night because we did not have a toilet. We were at the very end of the hall farthest away from the lobby so I had to walk past about 10 rooms to reach the bathroom in the middle of the night. That is really unacceptable. In addition most of the lighting in our room did not work. Bulbs were burnt out or just completely not working so it was very dark throughout the entire room. Breakfast was not edible. I would think long and hard about whether you want to waste your money on a place like this.

Property looks good from the road even though it’s literally built in the backyard of a private home. Lobby is updated. Breakfast is free… usual free stuff. Wonderful night manager! Can’t say that enough about her!! Room 302 looked clean. 2-room suite. Fluffy pillows. Lots of them. We checked the mattress, as always, for bedbugs. No sign of any. Nada. Not until 4am when I woke up to them crawling on my face and all over those fluffy pillows. Dozens of the them all over the bed and the pillows and coming out from behind the headboard. The night manager helped us get our stuff bagged up in trash bags and moved to another room. She was very apologetic. She let us check out the new room first… no sign of pests. But, lawdy, I had already been fooled once that night. Could not sleep. Kept the lights on. I’m sure they cleaned the room again, fluffed the pillows and got it ready for the next sucker. The owner comp’d us one night stay. That’s it. No free weekend. And worse than that…no apology. Some memories are best left behind in Glen Rose. Avoid.

The pull out couch in the room was dirty and had crumbs in the mattress. The arms to the couch had stains and the bathroom floor was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. One front desk person was very rude, did not get off of her phone when I went up to ask for pool towels.

The room smelled musty.

The parking lot is like a jigsaw puzzle so parking becomes difficult. The location is not well marked from the east side. We rented 3 rooms and none of the toilets would flush correctly. We all had to share a plunger. Most of the front desk staff were not cordial at all. Won't stay here again!

No water pressure for showers

This hotel was alright…a little dated. The pool appeared to be a little dirty, not so much the water, but the pool itself looked liked it could use a good scrubbing. The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable.

Good breakfast options, the front desk agent was polite and helpful. Room was decent I believe they are renovating during this stay which is great. One suggestion, I stayed in room 101 and there is a trash can right outside the window and like most hotels it fills up fast, maybe it can be moved to the other side so that your view is not literal trash with flys swarming it? Also I’m sad the hot tub was not hot but it didn’t ruin the stay for me. I also love the dove products.
