The location was perfect.
The price through booking.com was outrageous.

The breakfast was okay only like three hot choices. The room was fine too nothing to fancy at least it was clean.
Breakfast could have been better watery eggs and DENSE biscuits.

Twice during our stay, there was no attendant at front desk - for at least 15 mins. perhaps this is normal? I don’t know.

Staff was rude not friendly at all rooms ac didn’t work and was charged 35 extra dollars for a late check out then was charged 250 dollars for supposedly smoking in the room but I don’t smoke

needs more maintenance…I’ve worked hotels for years and the fact that my tub was peeling and the repairs done around the tub were poorly done was all lazy maintenance.
additionally the mattress was sooo worn in and uncomfortable.. I doubt it’s been replaced since they opened in 2008

Everything was exceptional, the staffing, the room, breakfast was amazing, location is easily accessible
One critique fresh fruit at breakfast if possible but otherwise amazing, and maybe reclining chairs in the rooms just in case for those with sleeping disorders, might find it helpful or easier to sleep

The location is great... thats about it.
The hotel just seems kinda run down. There was a musty smell or feel to it. The lamps in the room were super dusty. The beds were not great. You could hear and feel the springs in them. I wouldn't stay again.

it’s very old, the bathrooms need to be updated. The room in general looks old too. The only thing we like was the breakfast the waffles were good.

We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. The hotel was quiet and the room was spacious.
The sofa-bed was not very clean and the extra blankets for the kids were super thin.

The property was very nice and clean and the staff were SO friendly and happy to help with any issues! The staff being happy to help and provide assistance definitely outweighed any minimal issues we had.
We had an issue where the power went out to our room, but we found it comical because of a previous issue in our bathroom with the toilet not flushing. So the staff was very upbeat and friendly about the situation! There was also some construction, but other that that it was great!
