Outside landscape beautiful. Inside building warm stuffy. Hallway rug not vacuumed look dirty. The only plus i give for the room was bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. On the negative side, there were wet spots on the floor from a leak.
The hotel is in a nice area. But the inside needs alot of work. Rate 2 out 10 poor!

Check in was easy. Every staff we encountered was so friendly and helpful. James the maintenance man kept us laughing! Loved him! Breakfast was good with several options. Room was updated and the bed was very comfortable! Lots within walking distance.

The room was nice. Our only issues were: the refrigerator didn’t work, the accessory plug ins didn’t work and the hot water got cold before the end of the shower. But was happy to have a room.

The worst staff i have ever encountered. The fasility had ALOT of hidden charges. Room floors DIRTY. The washer/ dry doesnt work. Employee admitted it hasnt worked for a long time. The breakfast was beyond disgusting!!!!!!! I only had a couple bites but made me sick. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! I HAVE NOTHING GOOD TO SAY ABOUT THE FACILITY! DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

The first day we got their upon check in, the TV was broken n the room. The plug was ripped out of the wall. They did switch our room. TV worked, hair dryer ripped off wall

Rooms are dirty. There were stains in sheets. Bugs. Renovated but dirty. Our room had mold. We were only there for a weekend so I guess not too bad for a quick stay. But I will definitely not stay here again.

Everything was very nice. The only thing I would say needs help is the hair dry, you might want to bring your own if you actually want your hair dried and the shower head the pressure was very low. Other than that great for what we needed

Upon arrival staff was very welcoming. Nice. Check in was a breeze. 1st sign of trouble, card would not allow access to rear door. Besides the uncomfortable bed, mold in ceiling of bathroom, water coming from ac unit that didnt cool worth a crap. Dust on headboard and throughout the unit. Rusted shower rod and lamps. They need a total refurb. And after paying $400 for one night in that place, ill never stay at that place again. I do not recommend!!!!

The property was great for the price and the location was good. The only complaint I have is that we sent our washcloths and towels down and they weee never returned. I called and they hadn’t been washed. The overnight staff was doing the laundry. Maybe the housekeeper had an emergency but they should have informed the guests of the situation. We used pool towels and did not ask again because i didn’t want to overwhelm the night clerk the next day. She was very courteous.

Smell of urine immediately when you exit the elevators. Rust on different items inside of the rooms. Dirty linens and absolutely no customer service skills. Also after they charge you the amount of the stay afterwards they charge you another $5 per day (non refundable). With all that revenue coming in you would think they would take better care of the hotel. Would not recommend.

We got there to find out we had to pay another $5 "destination fee" for such a petty amount it would seem you could just add it into the cost of the room and stop nickle and diming people. Then we needed an extra pillow for the children and told we need to come get it ourself. We had Mildew/Mold all up the curtain and we were told they would fix it before the next family which I guess is great, but didn't do much for mine. This hotel is ok for a night stay I guess but I wouldn't reccomend it for more than that. I also tried tonshare pictures but the app is not allowing them.

Stinky stinky stinky!!! And we had a smoke-free room. We figured it’s worthless to ask for a different room as the hotel itself was just a scare. We had to book it to stay until our night flight, but unfortunately had to sleep there…:( The bathroom was super clean tho, to our surprise.
