The staff was very unprofessional and the hotel was nasty the manager kept lying saying the manager was not there all along he was the manager I will never go there ever then if u don’t stay the whole stay u don’t get ur money back which is unfair

Room smelled like cigarettes & I saw a few roaches. The coach had stains on the material. The elevator was out of order & the staircase smelled of pee.

Not a 3 star hotel. Elevator broken, front desk often unstaffed. Noisy, inefficient air conditioning. There was a hole in the bathroom door.

Well we checked in around 5:30pm. When we went up to the room we noticed that there was no tv remote control. We call the Lobby and requested a Remote Control and the receptionist advised re that a maintenance guy would program a remote for us. About 3 hours later, around 8:30 pm, the maintenance man came into the room made an attempt to program a new remote unsuccessfully. He left the room and the room stayed without a remote control. That was the most boring night ever without a tv.

His hotel needs an extensive renovation and face lift. Paint on the doors is pealing. The room AC condensate pan was on catching the water and the carpet was soaking wet. Carpet and tiles were very dirty.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The actual room and hotel look NOTHING like the pictures online. Elevator out of service, room smelled like pure smoke, and the smoke alarms were either constantly beeping (even after changing the battery) and/or completely missing from the wall (and still beeping). My wife and I turned around and left for a different hotel ten minutes after getting to our room. HORRIBLE experience!

This property is deplorable!!!! Wyndham should pull their backing of this property ASAP! Front desk couldn’t confirm my reservation upon arrival but eventually gave me a room. The room was on the 4th floor with an inoperable elevator system. The room had mold on the wall near and in the air condition lee vents. The smoke detector was missing from the room and sheets had not been changed evidenced by the wrinkles in the sheets indicating someone had slept in the bed. Had it not been for the late arrival and horrible weather for travel I would have gone somplace else. Instead - I slept in my clothes atop the comforter and used a bath towel to wrap the pillow.

The elevator was not working and I was placed on the 4th floor. I had to climb 6 flight steps with my luggage. My travel companion had to seek other sleeping arrangements due to handicap disabilities not able to climb stairs. I also hurt myself when I fell down a flight of stairs with my luggage when I was leaving to check out. The staff didn’t seem too concerned that I fell after I asked for a signed statement stating I fell down the stairs in their hotel. I had to make a report with the police. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!!!!!

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. Roache infested bathroom, the elevators do not work, the entire building stinks… i did not see 1 housekeeper and I honestly don’t think they hire any.

The sheets had hairs all over them as did the shower and bathroom. Parking was questionable as there were a lot of individuals hanging out there including one that lived in the trees. Not a safe area. Will not stay there again.

I have been traveling for many years, and I have never had just an horrific experience as I experienced during this stay. The first room, my toilet never would flush, I kept having to call from my cellphone downstairs due to not even having a phone in the room. It took maintenance for everbeach time I had to call. Next day, I was over it all, made them move me to another room and asked for a manager to contact, no call during the stay. The next room, didn't have not one towel in it. I was told towels were coming. I left was gone all day for business and returns at night, still no towels. Not one. Upon entering hotel, I walks right into a drug transaction right at the hotel lobby door. I didn't feel safe after that, and I will not ever stay at this place again.
