Hotel room looked exactly like the photos, great interiors and breakfast included that has a variety of different food choices. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, saying hi and bye every time you enter and exit the hotel. Service was exceptional, provided us with everything we need and even offered some recommendations on food places and activities in the city to try. Only a 5 mins walk to the city centre, overall very please and will definitely be staying here again when visiting next

Outstanding in every aspect. We have stayed in top hotels all over the world and this was the best service we have ever received. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. The location is excellent, a quick and easy walk to town. Breakfast and evening drinks and canapes all included are a lovely touch. Extremely clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Pam was very helpful at check in , explaining everything about the hotel and assisting with dinner reservations. Delightful staff attitude reflected at the well organised breakfast room with a good selection of freshly made items combined with a buffet cooked to order by friendly staff. The 6.00 happy hour with free wine is another bonus and an opportunity for guests to mingle. The underground car park is convenient and has a lift for baggage.

So close to downtown and yet so quiet. Beautiful facilities. Loved the shower and skylight. Heated towel and scented lotions were a pleasant surprise. Made to order breakfast and happy hour added to the experience. But the bed is the highlight, slept fantastic. Highly recommend.

Incredible boutique hotel near the center of Queenstown. Right off a small park, at the base of the mountains, this hotel is a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shopping. Staff is well trained in hospitality. First class service. We really enjoyed daily breakfast and cocktail hour to meet other guests and share learnings and stories. Highly recommend.

The staff is fantastic! They are all friendly and really went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and includes a lot of well thought out amenities. The breakfast is delicious and the drinks/canapés are worth planning your evening around. I highly recommend staying here when in Queenstown.

Short, pleasant walk to center of town and lake.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully furnished, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the natural light in the bathroom, and the view of the Skyline Gondola from our patio. The Continental breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the hot items from the daily menu. The best part was the staff; I felt like everybody there really wanted us to have the best experience possible, and were very helpful and friendly. The wine and canape hour in the evening was a bonus! This is my husband’s second time staying here (my first time) and we will definitely stay again.

Fantastic accommodation, views of paragliders landing in the park next door, great drinks and bites at 6 pm. Service and friendliness is superb. I would give them a 6 star instead of a 5 star if I could.

Great stay at the Queenstown Park Botique Hotel. Location could not get any better. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice shower. Breakfast options were excellent and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting in Queenstown.

Wonderful experience and property conveniently located to downtown Queenstown. Breakfast was fabulous and we especially enjoyed evening cocktail hour and socializing with the other guests.

I don’t have anything but praise especially of the staff who were the most friendly, helpful and nicest people ever. My only issue which is not a criticism of the hotel at all is that for a skiing holiday we were in desperate need of a washing machine which the rooms don’t have. I would have really appreciate a gym in the hotel as well.

Fantastic Hotel! Staff are simply lovely. Julian made me feel so at ease when I first arrived with his remarkable hospitality! The breakfasts are delicious with a menu to choose from. The chef and his assistance were simply wonderful with preparing and serving your meals. Yes I highly recommend this marvelous hotel!

The staff were warm, friendly and fabulous. Bike hire was great however the bikes and helmets in need of a bit of attention. Most rooms look onto the road which was disappointing. Location was fine, parking great and drinks a kind gesture.

Amazing hotel that we were lucky enough to call home for 6 nights. Handy location, not too big not too small, lovely rooms with everything we needed and more, breakfast was amazing, tapas/drinks hour was magic. Always happy to accommodate any requests - bikes and even a lift from Diego. Best of all the friendly staff that made it out home away from home. We will be back.

Good location. The free drinks at the end of the day a nice touch, however our room which faced the road was a bit noisy.

Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service during the stay. The evening reception was a fun way to meet other travelers. Hotel is located is a nice neighborhood just a short walk from main downtown area. I would stay here again on future trips to Queenstown.

The staff was remarkably helpful and kind. We had delicious breakfasts and canapés every day. It was nice to talk with other guests and share travel tips. The chefs pack you your special requests for a yo go breakfast if you have an early departure. Simply wonderful!
