Having been on the road for over 2 months now in France and Germany , it was such a pleasure to find genuinely friendly and helpful staff from housekeeping through to front desk. They have gone out of their way to make this the best hotel stay so far for me.
Car parking is excellent, meeting facilities in the lounge are great, the room seems almost new, well arranged and most importantly, the air conditioning works a treat!

The room was very nice and comfy. Nice temperature to sleep and a good bed. A bit small but has everything you need if you have a short stay. It was quite busy at the bar and when I ordered a drink from the menu the bar keeper asked me politely to make a quick choice between the drinks available on the shelves, as it is busy and people were waiting behind me. As I ordered something from the menu straight away he should have been more clear that they didn’t have the drink anymore instead of rushing me. I found that not a good service.
Breakfast wasn’t too expensive but it was a very simple breakfast as well. I think the hotel is a bit too expensive for what it has to offer.

Nicely located for access to the train station. I do not know how to rate its "eco-friendliness." Breakfast was great. Staff is professional.

Beautiful hotel ideally situated next to car rental, train station and mall. Also 1 mile walk to city center! Only minus is the room and bathroom are very small with amenities but location and great lobby bar with food and coffee/bar made up for!

This hotel is wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the facilities greatly. I would stay again. This is the smallest hotel room I have ever been in, but it works and is nicely appointed.

Motel One chain hotels have similar style and are overall high in value for the money, and this one is Wiesbaden did not disappoint.

It's in a great location to either take the train into Frankfurt or be able to get in and out of easily and drive up north to the Rhine. Breakfast is expensive; it's a two-minute walk to the train station that has a lot of pastry shops (several with my favorite - marzipan croissants). Recommend.

We only stayed at this hotel for one night to attend a concert. It is walking distance to the city center and it is in a good location, close to public transportation. The room was small but clean.

We stayed the night here while passing through the area. Although smaller than most American hotel rooms, ours was comfortable with working air-conditioning. Parking is in a nice parking garage under the hotel.

If you go to this hotel with your eyes open, it might not be so bad for you. But I will never stay at a Motel One again. The room had no phone, no hand towels, no soap at the sink, no wash cloth, and no closet for clothes (only a wall rack). The comforter on the bed was smaller than the mattress. On the plus side, the staff was nice and it was clean. Personally I need a bit more when I travel than Motel One is prepared to offer so I will stay elsewhere in the future. Mostly it is upsetting that the lack of amenities was not made clear when I booked the room.

Very conveniently located next to the Railway Station. Excellent breakfast. Spacious room but austere furniture. However, for a person on a business trip the hotel is an ideal place to stay.
