We’ve used Hilton Garden Inn for quite a while when flying out of St. Louis and had no issues. However this time was the exception, when we got up to take the shuttle to the airport at 3:30 am we were told the shuttle driver did not show up so we had to take an Uber to the airport. After returning from our vacation after midnight we were told they did not have a shuttle
driver luckily someone from another Hilton would be able to pick us up. I really hope this is a one time thing or we will have to find another reliable hotel.

The room smell like a sewer especially the bathroom. I sprayed air freshener & the smell was still there. The base board/siding fixture was broken off. The bathroom was not to my liking. My other room was so much better. Idk if I will be coming back.

The location was an eye sore. It is located down behind a hill and behind Amazon warehouses. The room had a "stench" smell. There were people sitting along the side walk on the side / back of hotel all while they were smoking marijuana. I will never visit this hotel location again !!

I enjoyed my stay. The property was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. Free parking and WiFi was a plus. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Staff was impolite and condescending. Put me in the wrong room and then acted like it was a big inconvenience for him to move me to the suite that I reserved and paid for. They wouldn’t send up blankets or sheets for the pullout sofa. They told me to come down and pick up a comforter and that it was all they had. The room was dirty (in the drawers was disgusting). I asked if a late checkout was available and he said “No! I need you out of that room.” This was all we’ll before checkout time too.

Water was not hot in my room during my stay, airport shuttle has no air conditioning, the computer was down so there was no way of making a key for me to use during check in. Breakfast is not included despite being advertised as included in the stay in various platforms.

It was just okay. Very outdated. Needs a complete update with carpet, paint and decorum. Believe me Paris Hilton would not stay there…. Breakfast was not included as stated, in fact there was no breakfast. Shower door did not close. Staff was pleasant and friendly but no uniforms, didn’t know at first if they worked there or just walked in off the street. Probably would not stay there again.

I paid for my rooms in advance and when I arrived to the hotel I was told that they had overbooked and I didn’t have my rooms anymore. The front desk attendant was very unprofessional and unapologetic. She said that she didn’t make the mistake and that I wasn’t the only person who didn’t have rooms for the night. The hotel was also short staff and there was no breakfast for the guests that morning due to the cooks not showing up to work. I couldn’t get my refund back because no manager was on duty for the entire weekend. I had to seek accommodation elsewhere which took three hours of searching because it was the weekend. I finally found accommodation in Caseyville, IL which was a 28 minute drive.

The staffs were very nice. They were very helpful. The only issue I had was that the caption on TV didn’t work, the room’s floor was sticky and one of town had brown spot. I only stayed for one night. This place is good for one night stay with easy parking for our camper van.

The property itself was AMAZING, the staff not so much. The guy who checked me in gave me the room cards to a room that was already occupied. Luckily the occupants weren’t in the room at that time, that situation could’ve been REALLY BAD. The guy at the desk when told didn’t really care of the importance of the problem that could’ve accrued if the occupants were in their room.

No shopping around. Gas station about 1/2 mile away. Shampoo was same as body wash. Only 1 small bar of soap. Shuttle we had from airport, no air and 90’s outside. Shuttle to airport, driver never helped with bags.
