The service was great but the room was in poor condition. Fairly clean but many things were broken. Probably overpriced for the condition. Better to spend a few extra dollars and get a much better room/hotel.

This hotel is a gem. Value for the money is excellent. It’s extremely clean, well appointed. Access to rooms is extremely convenient. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. I wish there were more hotels like this one.

I had my reservations about hotel with doors on the outside but it was so cute, clean and the gentleman was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a stay the night before a surgery the next morning at 5am@ UT Health. The place overall was great but they need to talk to their housekeeping staff about their cleaning off the floors. Thank you for taking the time me to read my words.

Beds were comfortable, staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze but the guest above my room was up all night walking around and sounded like furniture was being moved around a lot. Thankfully i slept through most of it. Would definitely stay there sgaom. 🙂

Don’t stay here. I don’t know what kind of phony gimmicks they are running to get such a good rating but I booked a stay here on 09/03/2024 and didn’t even stay the night. I booked another hotel. The photos online look nothing like the hotel. It’s in a crummy area and the rooms appear dirty. There were only two cars in the parking lot when I arrived and I can see why. A waste of $70 dollars for me, due to shady advertising, when I am in town due to my mother passing. A shame.

The toilet was malfunctioning to the point I had to stick my hands in the tank so the tank would fill up with water. The bed had beginning stages of bed bugs which I was bitten at my feet.

They accommodated me by letting me check-in early because of the cancelation I had to do at the Super 8 motel due to the roach infestation in the room I had. Front desk guy was very nice and understood my situation. Will definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean. Front desk clerk was friendly and courteous. Everything was as expected and we had a great stay. My only complaint would be the wifi. We stayed in the back building, not even the furthest room from the office and wifi was very low strength and cut out many times, even by the window. I came here for work and needed the wifi. I ended up hotspotting from my phone most of the time. Other than that, great stay, quiet, comfortable, and clean

I didn’t like the smell of the room. It’s noisy in the morning when the housekeepers are rolling their carts around and talking other than that it was fine

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Seemed very clean and updated. Really liked the new laminate floor, too. Easy to operate tv and remote. I was disappointed there wasn’t coffee and at least a continental breakfast
in the lobby, but at the low price with great renovations, it was understandable. There was a little coffee maker in the room, though.

From the moment i walked in the guy at the front desk was awesome. He was vey polite and helpful. Room was great cold a.c great layout and everything was up to date. Bed was very comfortable and it was very quite. Will definitely stay again.

This place was amazing! Staff was so welcoming and the rooms were perfect. Cleanest place we have ever stayed and we’ve been to many! They even made swans out of the towels and the tiny touches of class did not go in noticed.

Overall was great. Room was clean and accommodating. Actually way nicer than I thought it would be for the price. The pool was amazing and our room was right by it. Couldn’t have asked for better for the price and location.
