Nice stay. Quiet, clean & safe. The only issue was our late checkout wasn’t passed on to the cleaners who barged into the room twice & complained to the front desk lady who was then calling for us to leave.

Average good condition . large bathroom but shower screen was not closing properly .. worth for the price .

Our flight to Melbourne was cancelled, so we looked for an inexpensive hotel in the suburbs. This is more of a motel, with small rooms. They did have laundry though and the bed was quite comfortable despite the small room. A bus stop was nearby and allowed us to travel over to Burwood for great food. Not bad for the price if you're in a pinch.

It’s always been a good stay. Local to the shops and not far to qudos bank arena.

Dirty rooms, sheets had what looked like blood on them. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, Traffic noise. Additional charges to park a vehicle. Terrible service. I don’t think the cockroaches would even live here for free.

Thanks you for having reasonable prices and welcoming pets. We also loved your free parking area. Great access and easy to find. The breakfast area was very welcoming and convenient as well. The only part of our stay that we ask your team to improve on is the cleanliness of the rooms. We would recommend your hotel and yes we would stay again. Thanks

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the conditions of the Room 118 during my recent stay at Arena Hotel, from 16/09/23-17/09/23. I have attached pictures to this email to provide a visual representation of the issues I encountered. To say that I was appalled by the state of the room would be an understatement. The pictures will illustrate the following major issues: Hygiene: The room was not properly cleaned. I found empty bottles, a disused curdled milk bottle, and the bathroom was particularly unclean, with visible stains and grime. Maintenance: Several items in the room were in a state of disrepair. The shower curtain was mouldy and brown, the carpets were filthy and stained with cigarette burns in places, and the furniture showed signs of wear and tear. Safety Concerns: Some of the electrical outlets appeared to be outdated were loose. This is a serious safety hazard that should not be overlooked. Unpleasant Odors: The room had an unpleasant, musty odor that persisted throughout my stay. I must emphasize that this experience was far from what I expected from my stay, and not only marred my trip but also left a lasting negative impression. I believe that the quality of service your establishment is not indicative of your usual standards. Cheap and easy to get to. Highway noise is bad, windows shut out some of you close them really tight.

This is the best hotel anyone can stay. We had such an amazing experience by just walking in. Staff are really nice and friendly. Cleaning staff are so sweet. Room is the best. We got two rooms. The smell is beautiful as you walk into the building. I recommend you to stay here. As we’re staying long term. They offered us cheaper deals. Overall everyone is so nice and kind.

Very disappointing with cleanliness of the room we stayed in there was cockroaches everywhere my children were really traumatised by this for a very long time.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and quick. Only issue i had was Wifi was poor in my room but seemed ok elsewhere l So may just have been an anomaly where i was but not a huge issue

Hotel was dirty - got my clean clothes soiled when I put them on the shelf. Metal chairs in small room very uncomfortable. Lift non-existent or doesn't work. Had to trudge up and down 3 flights of stairs every trip. Staff rude, breakfast not available as advertised. Far away from public transportation. Will not go back.

The beds were very good , TV was good, The bath room was had mould on tiles . the floors was very slippers in bathroom. The carpet had large stains. I would not stay again

Friendly staff. Room was very basic and didn't feel clean, especially the bathroom. We were only there for one night to go to the Panthers' winning GF so it was fit for purpose.

Very dirty place to live in… bed sheets had big marks, walls were very dirty, bathroom was bery dirty. Not worth for even $10/night. Highly not recommended. Bed wheels were not locked, shower tap falls every time you try to use it…leaking shower, dusty hot water kettle and so many other things…
