I loved our room. We had the king suite. Room 321. This is our second time staying here and it was wonderful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was nice and the hotel was quiet. There was a little spider in the bathtub but not a big deal. Being close to Walmart was great because if we forgot to bring something, we could just walk over and grab it. Love staying here and would stay again.

Only one suggestion- one of the windows in our room did not have blackout curtains and outside light shined into our room making the room too light for me.

Tons of black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, couch has stains. Center night looks worse than one from a rummage sale. Musty/stale smell of the air. Stains on bathroom wall. Absolutely disgusting room. We couldn’t stand any longer and left at 4am.

This property was convenient, budget friendly, and clean. The room had what you need while away from home. I typically have back problems. However, the bed and pillows were good for my body. I woke up refreshed and rested.

The room wasn’t bad - though I did find hairs in the bathroom. The hallways had a dank smell when they didn’t reek of weed. There were small repairs needed everywhere - just normal wear & tear. I would not return.

Right next to a super Walmart. Pool and workout room limited in size and equipment. Strange odor in room and hallway. Inside of bathroom door was peeling, the end of a toilet paper roll left in the dispenser. Included continental breakfast was above average. If you have any discounts, like AAA, military or AARP, don’t book the room through a 3rd party vender. You will not be able to negotiate the discount with the motel.

The room had an overwhelming mold and mildew smell. Probably related to the mold on the bathroom ceiling. Glad we checked in late and it was only for one night.

This place is gross. I wouldn’t ever stay there again. The room smelled terrible - like moth balls and cigarettes and when I told the front desk, she grabbed a spray bottle and told me to spray that in the room and the smell would go away. The carpet was soaked because the AC unit was leaking non-stop.

There was a bit of what I hope was pizza cheese and topping on the couch. The carpet was wet from the AC. There was black mold on the curtains. The door did not close well and there was no fan in the bathroom. The hall from the entrance to the elevator smelled like skunky weed.

I stayed at Comfort Suites in Clarksville Tn. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed had a hump on the right side where i was sleeping. So i thought it was just me. So my son laid on that side and he felt the same thing. I slept in that bed for 3 days and i was not happy.

This is a great location with lots of restaurants and parking. Easy to walk to. Our room was clean but the tub had drainage issues and mold on the ceiling from moisture. The floors weren’t clean in the bathroom. The pool needed a good scrub - was slimy floors and tiles in the indoor pool area. The gym is very clean and the equipment looks new. And the entire floor we stayed in smelled like smoky marijuana. STRONG. We complained to the front desk about the smell and he was very nice very apologetic but didn’t do anything. We got extra towels for the bathroom and pool which was great. Our room was spacious and the layout of the suite with the pullout couch was nice for 2 adults and 3 kids.

Accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and no smells. I love that the hotel it self was clean; the lobby, elevators, hallways and the dining area. This says a lot.
We had a day filled with ups and downs,side to sides. Wish I could say but long story short. Thumbs up for me.

We checked in before midnight. We had to get a cart and cut theu the breakfast area to a back parking lot. Not ideal! The room was musty smelling and beds ok. The compressor on the airconditioner kept going on and off all night. We were woken by 5:30 to doors and elevator. Carpeting was disgusting with stains and tore up by bathroom. First time with a bad experience at a comfort suites.

For over $200 a night i would expect ice machine to work, 2 stationary bikes in exercise room neither working, TV in exercise room not working. Hole in bathroom ceiling, looked like maybe missing bathroom fan, door to bathroom (just cosmetic) had several deep scratches chipped paint and large cracks

Carpet should be removed moist, dirty, no vent in bathroom, no way to shut curtains, insects in room, swim pool to small, half of the exercise equipment did I not work, ice machine on my floor did not work

A very decent hotel. Worked well for me. I liked how the hotel was set up. I was headed home and this was a good stop in a 12 hr drive. Bed was terrific!

Very basic hotel. My room always felt damp. Complementary breakfast very basic nothing to rave but does the job. Walmart next door so if you need anything very convenient. Most of the people staying there are in town just for work so at night gets a little ruff with people drinking and hanging out. Pool is disgusting. Also hotel is next door to a cemetery so you have a nice view.

8 feet from a cemetery. Who builds 8 feet from a cemetery. No seriously, 8 feet. Grab your tape measure. If that doesn’t tel you about the rest of the review coming, read on. The hotel, while recently built, is very dirty. Basic paint touch ups and cleaning aren’t done. I’m no Karen, I’ve traveled far and wide but this was easily the top 3 worst places I’ve ever stayed. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Goldfish crackers next to the couch. Hair ALL OVER the bathroom. Mold on tub base. I have the pictures for proof with geotagging. Area is about a 5/10. Wouldn’t leave anything valuable in your car that’s for sure. 300 feet from a Walmart. So that’s cool.

The environment is quiet, so I loved that. The cleaning however is not good, i left m room at 11am and returned at 3:30pm, only to find my room as dirty as I left, the towels were all over in the bathroom on the floor dirty I actually took a video of it. I had to go to the front desk to ask for someone to come clean. The person came collected the towels and did no cleaning at all and left. I also wish the dis something about the house keeping dept to help them communicate better, very few to none can speak English and we had to do google translator.
